Mary recently moved into the area to spend time with her 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren. She used to manage an Optometrist office for over 20 years where she enjoyed building lasting relationships with families in the practice. Mary is excited to forge new relationships with the patients and is usually the first person to greet you and help with scheduling and insurance.
He has lived in the Philadelphia area all his life and grew up in Bromall. Dr. Rich found his love for working with children after working as a summer swim coach for 10 years, their excitement and humor is what makes every day unique and fun!.
Dr. Rich graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2013. From there, he completed his residency as an American Pediatric Board Candidate at St. Christophers Hospital for Children. In 2016 he became Board Certified and is now a member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr Rich specializes in treating young patients and those with dental phobias, medical conditions, disabilities and special needs. For patients that require treatment in a hospital setting he has privileges at both St. Christophers Hospital for Children and the Malvern Surgical Center. In his spare time he enjoys reading, traveling and cheering on the Philadelphia sports teams. (Go Eagles).
Dr. Adam is a board-certified Pediatric Dentist, specialized in treating children of all ages. A Philadelphia area native, Dr. Adam graduated from Temple Dental School and completed his pediatric residency at St. Christophers Hospital for Children. His passion for treating children extends beyond private practice. He also serves as a part-time faculty member in Temple Dental Schools pediatric department.
Dr. Adam is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest technology and treatment modalities such as minimally invasive treatment when necessary. In addition, he is trained to treat patients with extreme dental phobias and special needs that require treatment in a hospital setting.

Great staff! Awesome service! Dr Eric is awesome! Hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, I had a ton of anxiety and they were incredibly patient, kind and made me fell super comfortable! If you need a dentist, this is the one!

Dr. Patel is the BEST! I found her in 2020 and have since moved to DE, but I make the drive to see her whenever I need work done or need a cleaning. She is thorough and explains everything she is doing. I recommend her to anyone who has had a less than desirable experience with dentists over the years. She is the best around, and so are her techs!

I have nothing but positives things to say about this practice. I am completely terrified when it comes to the dentist, but no matter how anxious I get, this staff always makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. They explain what they are doing and always want to answer your questions. Even when the dentist is explaining and teaching their hygienist, I never once feel as though my care is compromised. I see Dr. Raj and I will never see a different dentist again. He is so patient and truly shows that he cares about his job. This practice is incredible, and on top of the clinical staff, the front desk staff is so pleasant and always greets you with a smile.

My experience with the entire dental team here was nothing shy of extraordinary. The young woman at the front desk was warm and friendly and helpful. Laura, my dental hygienist, was so personable, friendly, detail oriented, thorough, and delicate. She took the time to explain to me images of my teeth and what they meant. I then saw Dr. Patel who was so warm and kind - she made me feel like she was there for me and not ready to bustle off to the next patient. She worked very well with Laura to review my dental exam with me and make very appreciated recommendations for my next steps. Dr. Adam Wolf then saw my little 1 year old and was great with him, even though the little guy wouldnt really open his mouth. Dr. Wolf worked based off of his comfort level, and made excellent recommendations to me as the parent. For the first time in my life, I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist!!! Truly cannot recommend this facility enough. They will have such a positive impact on EVERYONE!

I brought my son to see Lexie because she's great with kids and makes them feel comfortable. Prior to this appointment, my son went to a different office that took our insurance, but I wasn't happy with them. Pottstown Family doesn't take our insurance, but I was happy to pay out of pocket for a cleaner office, friendlier staff, and absolutely zero wait time beyond my scheduled appointment. Our appointment was at 8:30 and Lexie took us back right on time. The office we left that took our insurance, clearly overbooked, and our wait time was 40 mins. Another comparison between Lexie and the hygienists at the office we left, is Lexie thoroughly explained everything to me about my son's teeth. Our old office simply sent you the door as you were asking questions that they should have answered when my son was in the chair. We have definitely found our new office. Thanks Lexie!!

The staff is always pleasant and informative. Even with Covid they continue to do a fantastic job. Every time I come in for an appointment, the service is quick but thorough, and I leave feeling great. Thank you Dr. Raj and team for making the perfect crown for my tooth and allowing me to also see the process which is very fascinating. Also the office is beautiful and very clean. I have found a home with a dentist finally. I have been a patient for over 3 years now. I have had major reconstructive and proactive dental work and have never been happier with the results. Dr. Patel and Roxanne are a fantastic team handling their "problem child" with everything I have dealt them concerning my issues. Now that I am finally caught up to the point of just maintenance, I have to commend them on a fantastic job in getting me there. Like they say, you live in your mouth, and for the first time in years, my dental issues are not on my mind on a daily basis. Many thanks!!

Please be careful with this dental practice. My first review was also a 5 star review. However, after a year of gaining your families trust, they bait and switch you. This practice is money hungry. You will never have or see the same hygienist twice, in fact, the only familiar face you will see is Patel, who will give you a song and dance about why you need costly expenses done! When Dr. Rich left, that was my final straw. Find someone else.

Have been with Pottstown Family, Pediatric & Cosmetic Dentistry for over 20 years (before Jyoti started PFP&CD), great service, to the point, works with if you hitting a rough patch. Everyone in the office is happy and very knowledgeable. We had moved 45 miles away and still used their services, they're that good.

Previously Posted - I've had some VERY bad experiences with previous dentists (and an endodontist who did a root canal but missed one of the roots, resulting in the loss of the otherwise healthy tooth). Suffice to say, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth (come on that's a really good pun). I checked around when I realized I needed someone better and I decided on Dr. Patel. She has been a great choice and has done really top notch work for me over the years even though she didn't have much to work with (because my teeth were so messed up by the time I went to her). Dr Patel doesn't push you to have work done that you don't need unlike other dentists. I recently was in to see her for bonding on my front teeth. I grind my teeth in my sleep and have done so my entire life. She could have pushed me into getting crowns but she was able to build up my teeth with bonding and even make it appear more like a correct bite. I'm very impressed with the outcome (even though I hate my teeth). Even her assistant carefully went over the work and polished out every rough spot that wasn't just perfect so that the bonding would look just like part of my natural teeth. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear but this sow's ear at least sort of resembles a silk purse now. I highly recommend these people and expect to use them for many years to come.

I highly recommend this practice. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and the office is GORGEOUS! Their customer service is top rate, their prices are reasonable and I was seen on time. If you're in the area, look no further. You found your dentist!

New to the Pottstown area and did some research on dental practices in the are and struck gold. I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience. Staff was very educational, advanced technology and well run. Highly recommended.

We followed Dr. Patel from the Pediatric dentist where she worked previously because my young son liked her. Through the years, my husband I started coming to see her also. We are very happy with the comfortable welcoming environment, the professional and upbeat staff, and the competence and caring of Dr. Patel. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who will treat them like they expect to be treated!
