I absolutely dreaded going to the dentist. After a few bad experiences in a row at my prior dentist I decided to give this place a try since this is where my wife goes. I'm so glad I made the switch. AMY takes her time and makes my visit quick and pleasant. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

The hygientist that cleaned my teeth explained everything before she did anything. Very professional, extremely gentle, yet thorough. I hope she never leaves, excellent at her profession.

My wife and I left last year. First, they changed out our Doctor without any notice - like we and the staff are cattle. I was OK with that. Last year I had an issue and needed to see a a dentist asap. They did not seem to care at all. They didn't have any time to fit me in to their overpacked to maximize profit schedule. A properly run dentist would keep a few spots open for emergency visits - rather than jam pack the schedule for maximum profit. Sorry we had to go. Thanks for making us feel like a number.

How anyone can give this place 5 stars is beyond my understanding. The elderly lady at the front desk is the rudest person I've ever come across. Any dental work outside of a cleaning is subpar and you'll end up having to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

I have been going to this Pottstown office for over 40 years. Service has always been excellent, the staff is always polite, competent and accommodating. The office is in a quaint, historic, well kept old Pottstown home. The staff will work with your insurance. I strongly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Both my husband and I have been going to this dental office for many years. Dr. Tokpa and staff are excellent. I recommend this office to my co-workers, friends and relatives. Do not hesitate getting needed dental work done. This is a highly professional office where they treat patients in a professional and caring manner. The chairs in the waiting room even have relaxing massage cushions on them to put you at ease. Dr. Tokpa is an experienced and highly trained dentist. And she is efficient and personable. Her work is excellent and she has a good rapport with the local implant and root canal dentists she refers out to. I have confidence in her and in the treatments she has performed and recommends for me and for my husband. The hygienists are personable , efficient and pleasant. They are also a source of helpful tips/reminders on home dental care. Donna and the office staff are knowledgeable. The office staff are friendly and work well together. They keep the schedule and can assist with filing insurance claims. Appointments are made, reminders are done and importantly if you have an emergency they will try their best to accommodate you.
