Dr. Abdelrazek is a recognized expert with extensive training in cosmetic , laser , implants, reconstructive and sedation dentistry with over 20 years of practical experience in various dental specialties.
Dr. Abdelrazek is a Faculty Club Member of the renowned Spears Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is a preferred provider with invisalign and is certified in the treatment of Sleep Apnea (Appliances).
Dr.Abdelrazek received her doctor of dental surgery degree (DDS) with honors in 1994 from the University of Alexandria Faculty of Dentistry, Egypt. She then spent a year of internship in general dentistry at the University of Alexandria.faculty of dentistry completed 1995. She subsequently attended a two year residency at the University of Maryland at Baltimore (advanced education in general dentistry program ) where she received extensive postdoctoral training in advanced procedures of general dentistry in 2000.
In 2003 Dr. Abdelrazek established her private practice and has been practicing there to the present date. She recently celebrated the offices 14th anniversary. She is an active member with the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Northern Virginia Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantology, The Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation, and World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry.

I love my new dentist! She is kind, gentle, patient, and caring. All of the staff members are also lovely. During my first visit, I was very anxious and scared as I had recent dental work done with a different dentist in Ashburn that did not go well. Long story short, what should have been a straightforward procedure, turned into countless painful visits, hefty fees, lost time off from work, etc. When I notified the dentist of the issue and that I was uncomfortable/in pain, she blamed me and said I cracked all filling from grinding my teeth at night, despite wearing special retainers. I kept explaining that she did not properly bond the fillings and filed them down too much, which caused them to thin out and crack. She kept saying it was the grinding of my teeth that was the problem and that it would be best to do a crown which wasn't necessary. As you can imagine, I did not trust the dentist anymore and declined her working on my teeth. Finally, I found Potomac Falls Family Dentistry Via ZocDoc (Thank God!), and booked an appt. When I got to the office, I was seen within minutes of my arrival. I spoke with one of the dental hygienists, who explained all of my concerns to Dr. Abdelrazek, and she actually listened and assured me she would help me and kept her word! Today I went to have my botched fillings re-done, and although nervous, the dentist and her assistant were patient with me and kept me at ease when I became anxious. Thank you for turning a scary, uncomfortable visit into a positive experience. I appreciate your kindness and work ethic.

I've been going to Dr. Abdelrazek since I moved to VA ~4 years ago. Her staff is wonderful, and she is very thorough in her work. She cares deeply about preventative care, and did some cosmetic work on my teeth following the completion of my Invisalign - I am very happy with my results! I highly recommend this team for all of your dental needs.

Dr. Abdelrazek and her staff are seriously the best of the best! While travelling during Thanksgiving break I found myself in state that had no urgent care centers open due to the holiday. Experiencing the worst tooth ache in the world, I thoughted it out for the trip back home to NOVA. I called my regular Dentist (now former Dentist) on their emergency line and messaged them probably 20 times and I got no response, mind you I had been with this practice for 12+ years! Desperate for a Dentist, I went online on ZocDoc and found Dr. Abdelrazek and she was available for an emergency visit early in the morning. I told Dr. Abdelrazek that I had been to the Dentist earlier in the year for a checkup and was informed by my dentist that I suffered from TMJ and the pain that I was feeling back then was related to that. Dr. Abdelrazek listened carefully to everything I was telling her and performed some tests to identify whether or not my tooth pain was TMJ or in fact an abscess. Using the most up to date technology and tools, she performed an electrical tap test (something that was never done at my previous dentist) and basically determined that my back molar had an abscess forming for probably 3+ years. I had been to the dentist every year twice a year and my pain was disregarded as TMJ... Dr. Abdelrazek scheduled me for an emergency root canal the very next day! After my root Canal, the Dental Assistant Sam and even Dr. Abdelrazek called to follow-up with me to see how I was feeling, ensure antibiotics were strong enough and I was no longer feeling pain. Their office scheduled me for 2 subsequent appointments all within one week! Again, using all the latest tech they used a 3D imaging technique to ensure the crown fitting would be perfect. I asked a lot of questions regarding the tools and technology being used. Dr. Abdelrazek explained it to me so I could understand, always being very professional and very patient. Fast forward to today, I was officially crowned by Dr. Abdelrazek (hahha they called me a queen today). Crown fit perfectly and honestly the service I received from this office from the Office Manager, Tina to the Dental Assistant, Sam just beyond 5 stars! I am so happy I found Dr. Abdelrazek and her staff. Just amazing women and fantastic service! Please do not hesitate to switch over to this practice, you will not regret it! Thank you Dr. Abdelrazek for such stellar service.

Kudos to Dr. Abdelrazek and her team! They've created a hygienic and safe dental environment during a pandemic without losing the warm and friendly atmosphere! The office is super clean and the staff is strict about following COVID-19 safety protocols. Lockdown can be bad for your teeth so don't delay ... schedule your visit today.
