Very friendly and professional front desk staff. The dentist, not so much. Went in to fix a chipped tooth but instead she did a full mouth X-ray and told me insurance won't cover work on the chipped tooth because they did the X rays. Dentist has terrible bedside manners. She performed a perfunctory cleaning and gum measurement (every tooth measured at 2) that took less than 10 min. Tried to sell me cancer screening, laser tooth whitening, ortho and endo work, Invisalign, and fluoride treatment. Took multiple calls and emails to get my X-rays. Have since switched to another dentist and am much happier. Avoid this dentist. There are much better options out there.

If you want great service and help, Maria got you covered! She's amazing and so helpful.. any question I had was answered with no confusion. Definitely made my experience easy going.

Potomac was such a breeze and has the best front desk. Such great bedside manners, patience and knowledge about their practice. In particular, Maria! She was awesome, kind and very funny. She made my whole experience very enjoyable at the dentist!!! Who can say they've had a pleasant time getting dental work done? Thank you Maria and Potomac Dental Clinic you guys are the bees knees and my family and I can't wait to see you guys again next time!

The front desk was very sweet and attentive! Dr. Sajjadi took her time and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything she was telling me I needed done. Great customer service would recommend this place to any one. I had a great experience for my first visit !

Dr. Sajjadi provided an excellent experience. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. I felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as I was greeted by Maria at the front. Her and Dr. Sajjadi took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was and the "why behind the what". From start to finish I felt free to ask any questions, as I knew Maria had my back. I'm very glad I was able to find such a great establishment. Great job!

I've unfortunately had to get a lot of dental work done over the last few years, but office works so closely with my insurance and makes sure everything is set before doing any significant procedures. Everyone has always been very nice and I feel well taken care of.
