Dr. Poticny is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Baylor College of Dentistry (Texas A&M School of Dentistry-Dallas, TX). He an adjunct clinical associate professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Ann Arbor MI, Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences, and Endodontics recognized as the top dental school in the United Staes andtop 5 in the world. He is fellow of the Academy of Computerized Dentistry and a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, International Association for Dental Research, and the International Society of Computerized Dentistry.

He is a published author for numerous articles, clinical case reports, scientific abstracts, and other topics related to dental materials and operative dentistry in both national and international dental journals and publications.He is widely recognized by his peers as a leading educator and mentor to the dental profession making him highly sought as a speaker and presenter. He has educated, presented, and lectured in 44 states, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand for major dental oraganizations,dental conferences, the United States military, dental study clubs, and dental schools. He also serves as a consultant to dental manufacturers and serves as an editorial review board member for multiple peer reviewed dental journals.

His recognition and expertise is a reason why many of Dr. Poticny 's patients travel from all over the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond to seek his services. He is recognized by Texas Monthly as a 'Texas ' Super Dentist' which is based solely on peer recognition. He is also listed as one of 'America 's Top Dentists' by the Consumer Research Council, and 'America 's Most Honored Professionals'. He also is a fellow of the North American Academy of Computerized Dentistry and has received numerous awards and distinctions for his contributions to dentistry.

Dr. Poticny is an Ohio native but 'got to Texas as soon as he could' recognizing what a great place Texas is to live and raise a family. He and his wife Stephanie enjoy travel, dining out, and spending time with friends and family.Hobbies and interests include golf, hunting, mountain activities, skiing, and fitness training. He has a son and daughter, Todd and Taylor, both of which are happily married. He and is wife have resided in Arlington, TX since 1994.

Candy has been practicing dental hygiene since 1994. Candy is current on the all the latest techniques to enable you to keep your teeth for a lifetime. Using the latest diagnostic tools such as intra-oral cameras and low powered sonic cleaning devices she provides routine preventive and extensive needs periodontal (gum) care that is is thorough yet extremely comfortable, even for patients with sensitive teeth. Like Dr. Poticny she practices with the aid of magnification to insure that your dental hygiene needs are the best and most thorough possible as a co-diagnostician with Dr. Poticny. She is what we call 'world class' when it comes to her profession and our patients overwhelmingly agree.

Denise is our newest hygienist in having graduated from the Baylor College of Dentistry Texas A&M health Science Center in 2002. A consumate professional and active in organized dentistry, she utilizes all the latest technologies provided to her for the benefit of our patient family. A great personality with the ability to communicate effectively is an attribute our patient family has come to appreciate. She is also certified to perform laser assited hygiene procedures. We are fortunate to have her as our second 'world class' hygienist.

Melanie could be best named 'Ms. Energy' as she is always smiling and eager to please. She has been Dr. Poticny 's clinical assistant since 2003 and is the lead clinical assistant for our practice. She is adept at aiding patients understand their treatment options, assisting treatment in tandem with Dr. Poticny, and providing patients with a sense of comfort and well- being no matter the circumstance. Her knowledge of dentistry is deep and her skillset unique. She is a certified extended duties dental assistant and high level of competency is appreciated by patients and team members alike.

Bridget has a 10 year plus background in clinical dentistry in addition to her associates degree in business administration. She has been the perfect complement to our practice since joining us in 2015. Owing to her diverse background she successfully integrates front and back office functions to help us operate in a seamless manner. Highly capable as a clinical and business assistant, she is polite, articulate and willing to go the 'extra' mile to insure the perfect patient experience
