Great experience, no nonsense, very helpful and squeezed me in for a chipped tooth when I tried 3 other dentists for appointments that wouldn't. Very professional. Would make the hour+ drive to make him my regular dentist if they fully took my tricare insurance.

Dr. Poston and his staff are professional, friendly, and efficient. Both of my children loved their initial visits and were sold at the end to become long-time clients. Definitely worth the 35 minute drive for us. Quality care and short waiting periods. Simply amazing!

I had a great experience taking my kids to Dr Poston. They let the kids watch movies while getting worked on, which, i could tell, really eased their worries. Dr Poston took the time to explain what was needed now, and what to look for in the future. I really liked that he was able to fix us up same day, instead of making us come back another day.

Everyone there was very helpful and kind. I could not afford a crown, no insurance, so the doctor filled it for me without making me feel like a degenerate. He and his assistant took their time with me and engaged me in casual conversation, so I felt more comfortable and not rushed. I was so impressed that I'm going back in a couple months for a regular check up.

Extremely impressed with service.. They did a deep cleaning on my teeth. Theye were very professional and concerned with my comfort. Talks me through everything they were doing.. I actually look forward to going back for my next checkup..:)

This is the best dentist the staff are all very friendly and Dr Poston is great I won't go anywhere else and refer everyone my friends my family there

I am very pleased with Dr. Poston. I have anxiety when I go to dental offices, I don't like things close to my face, it makes me feel trapped. Anyway, I explained this to Dr.Poston and warned him that I may have a panic attack. He was very understanding and calming. He moved everything away from my face the second he was done and asked me several times throughout the procedure, if I needed to take a break. I am very pleased with how well this visit went and will continue to see Dr.Poston for all future dental needs!

Not impressed. I'm not much of a review writer, but this needs to be said. I went in with a terribly painful tooth. I got an x-ray done, taps of the tooth done, which hurt, of course, and some automatic assumptions that my painful tooth was from my TMJ Disorder. I've lived with TMJ Disorder for years now and I've never had it be a specific tooth. Additionally, which I told the dentist, it was my crowned tooth that was hurting. Instead of listening to me or even getting a dental instrument out to explore the gum area further to see if something may have been stuck underneath the crown, he brushed me off and sent me on my way. I got the bill with hardly anything being taken off from my insurance. I ended up going to another dentist a couple weeks later after suffering as much as I could. I was worried that I had just gotten screwed over with my insurance since I'd have to go to another dentist again in such a short period of time. However, I was in so much pain that I couldn't tolerate it anymore. When I went into this other dentist, he hooked me up! It was a complete 180 degree from the experience at Poston's office! Not only did he find the problem (AND IT WASN"T MY TMJ DISORDER), he gave me the medicines I needed to keep any infection at bay. He didn't brush me aside like I was wasting his time. Additionally, my insurance too care of most of the bill like it was supposed to. I was told it was a coding issue. Poston's office told me there was a deductible that had to be satisfied and that's why the amount charged to me was four times higher. I still haven't figured out why the extreme difference. There are great dentists out there, but from what I've seen, unless you have an open and shut case without any complications in your mouth, Dr. Poston isn't it. I'm sure he's great for just the normal routine care. Maybe I'm just a bit too complicated for his office. That's okay. I've found a new dentist now and I think he's great! I just think it's important to get this information out there for people looking for a dentist in this area.
