Post Falls Periodontics has been so wonderful to work with. They have been accommodating with my schedule. Tiffany was so gentle and efficient with my services. I get terrible anxiety at the dentist, she made me feel so comfortable at my visits. Afterwards they have checked on me and my healing process. Happy to have found them.

Front & back staff are so very nice & knowledgeable, I had very little wait for my appointment , when I was taken back the procedure was explained to me so I understand what was being done . Dr is very nice had to have a couple of shots & he was very gentle barely felt anything . 5 stars because they were fact & pain free .

Dr McCombs is excellent! I had a great experience with him and his staff. I had been putting off doing implants with my two front teeth for literally years. I had damaged my teeth and done crowns when I was 13. But 30+ years later multiple dentists had told me I was losing bone and needed implants. I finally decided to move forward with it. I was nervous and not excited to do because I knew it would be a long process and not pleasant. But honestly, I could not be happier with my experience. Dr McCombs is very attentive and was great to discuss the process at each visit. He answered all my questions and was always willing to address any concerns or problems. I would definitely recommend him and his staff and office.

Excellent staff who assist Dr McCombs. Dr McCombs is absolutely the Best oral surgeon/periodontist. The entire staff is patient centered. We highly recommend them.

Top notch! Dr. McCombs is the BEST. I have had a couple of gum grafts with him, He is excited about his work, attentive and focused on the patient in front of him. Personable and engaging. Always makes me feel valued as a patient. His work is immaculate. I HIGHLY recommend him if you have problems with gum recession and need grafting.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with these lovely people. I had to have a procedure done and Dr. McCombs and his surgical assistant Jamara, were incredibly thorough and easy to talk to. I wasn't quite sure what to expect day of surgery and they really made it a breeze. No one likes people poking around in their mouth, but if they have to be there, at least they can be pleasant to be around. I would recommend Post Falls Periodontics to anyone that may need more care than a standard dentist. They are wonderful people!

I highly recommend Dr. Joseph McCombs, Eliza and Alicia at Post Falls Periodontics. What I had envisioned to be a nightmare appointment to have a biopsy (which turned out to be two) done on my gum, actually turned out quite the opposite experience. As soon as I checked in, I was put at ease and waited to be called to have the procedure done. Eliza escorted me through their beautiful office and got me settled. She was friendly, and assured me it would all be done before I knew it. Dr McCombs came in and examined the area and took a picture to show me where he would be doing the biopsy. He too, put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and showed me on an I pad what the area in question looked like. He was professional, knowledgeable, nice and explained each step on what to expect. I felt 100% at ease and trusted everything he told me. He really knows his stuff! Alivia assisted him and she also was professional and really did a good job too. Again, like Eliza and Dr McCombs they all treated me the way that they would want to be treated. Wonderful provider and staff that are dedicated in providing outstanding care and treatment. My treatment was done with great precision and skill. Post operatively, I had no pain and the results are flawless. Truly a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend Post Falls Periodontics! Dr. McCombs and the entire staff are personable and very professional! Before, during and after my periodontal surgery, I was well informed and the concern for my needs were comforting and reassuring. My questions were always answered in a timely manner whether it be in person, by phone or text.

Dr. McCombs and his staff are wonderful. I have been very please with their care. I had some questions after a procedure and the office got me in right away. Dr. McCombs has made it a point to express that I should not hesitate to call if I have any questions or concerns. I have found him to be thorough and competent. I would recommend this office to anyone.

My son had all of his wisdom teeth removed by Dr.McCombs , he did and amazing job with very little recovery time! The staff was very helpful and kind!
