I am a 42 year old female who had a complex double jaw surgery with Dr. Posnick 4 months ago ~ including fixing a deviated septum, reduction in my turbinates, chin and neck surgery. I had put off my decision to have this necessary surgery for decades, but once sleep apnea set in, I decided to move forward and I am so happy that I finally made this choice! Dr. Posnick did an incredible job with my surgery. He and his fellow took great care and time with making certain that my surgery had the best possible outcome. I feel fantastic. I am breathing better, working out easier, able to close my mouth easily and breathe through my nose, sleeping better, feeling better... the list goes on. I have been told I look 10 years younger, that my voice has changed, that the change in my face is incredible. Some people don't recognize me... but then are amazed when they realize it's me and immediately speak to how good everything looks. I am still somewhat swollen and yet feel more confident than I have in years, if not ever, which speaks volumes to Dr. Posnick's abilities. I no longer get self conscious when someone looks at me or speaks to me from the side. That might be one of the biggest positives for me. I am now finishing up my orthodontics with my husband, a Board Certified Orthodontist, who insisted that Dr. Posnick do my double jaw surgery due to the complexity in my case. I am thrilled that I decided to move forward with Dr. Posnick as he was devoted to the complete overall outcome of my surgery ~ not just function, but the best possible aesthetics as well. A world renowned dental colleague of ours called Dr. Posnick the "Michelangelo of the face". I agree completely. Everyone keeps asking... would I do it again? My answer... TOMORROW. Tia Welsh

I have been a patient at the Posnick Center for several years. My daughter has a cleft lip and palate and Dr. Posnick has done several surgeries on her including cleft palate reconstruction, cleft lip reconstruction and jaw surgery. He is an amazing surgeon and very good at explaining every detail of the procedures. I have never had any problem with the staff, they are always very professional and willing to help me with any questions that I have.
