Pirouz grew up in Roslyn, New York. He graduated from Stony Brook University where he received a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biology in 2016. Since then he has been helping dental offices succeed through incorporating more efficient policies and more patient-focused day to day operations. He hopes to go on to dental school and open his own office one day to be able to provide that same level of care and comfort to his own patients someday.

Last time I went here I was waiting for a few minutes went in and was getting a cleaning. She was trying to sell me on teeth whitening service. I asked if my insurance covered it and she said no. I asked the price she said 100. Me being a minor and didn't have my own money I said no. At the end of the service she asked again if I wanted to get the teeth whitening service and tried to embarrass me and say how yellow my teeth are and I should get rid of it. I didn't go back since and honestly if something like this happens again I'm switching dentists because first of all yellow teeth is literally normal it's not like they were supposed to be naturally white. And secondly you know my age and you still choose to try and pressure and embarrass me into getting it?? Really?? That's disgusting because they knew my dad wasn't with me since I went alone.

POSH DENTAL Let me start by saying that the worse dentist in all Long Island by far is masapequa sunrise mall dental my God don't bring your kids or your self here , NOW about POSH DENTAL I am 50 years old And I been in many dentist on Long Island and I can tell anyone with no hesitation that doctor Najeeb posh dental is the absolute best and I don't want to sound personal or disrespectful but she is also gorgeous SHE IS THE BEST I have even encounter I had my teeth all destroyed by corrupted dentist most recent by sunrise mall dental ,OF MASAPEQUA but posh dental has been a true blessing I am smiling after 20 years of shame even my daughters are so happy wit such amazing differences , but allowed me to tell you it wasn't easy to trust doctor NAJEEB because of so many bad experiences I pray to the lord for wisdom I my self made mistakes judging her to soon not trusting her .but she took a whole days in her dental office just to work on me We even argued, but then I realize not human is perfect not dentist is perfect not one doctor is entirely committed to serve 100 percent but some peole do try to do their best and doctors at posh dental do try and are very friendly and they show compassion but like I said everything comes with a price and yes she may charge a litle more then others but no one can't deny she is the best in the field IS LIKE COMPARING WALMART WITH MACYS if I can only show you my new smile my entire family and friends can see on me my testimony of her work God bless her and her crew Will some one have a bad experience and live a bad review probably but this was my experience Advice: don't get your dentist or lawyer or mechanic or tax prepared angry cause it's not wise DOCTOR NAJEEB THANKS SO MUCH

Patty E This dental office doesn't deserve any stars and the health department needs to come and locked their doors permanently! and their licenses should be revoked for their Horrible services. My husband and I have a one o'clock appointment on a Saturday. We arrived there minutes after the hour And we waited for one hour to be called into the exam room. Dr. Najla Najeeb cleaned my teeth and it took her two minutes and during the two minutes she was just babbling and I was feeling a lot of pain from her using a sharp pointing instrument scraping at my teeth. I was very uncomfortable and I didn't understand nothing that she was saying to me during those two minutes. She didn't offer me water to rinse my mouth nor did she cared. She was rushing the entire two minutes. As she started walking out of the room she yelled for the x-ray tech to do my x-rays. Shortly, After x-rays my visit was done! The dentist never came back into the room. Little did I know my husband have the same experience when she went in to see him. This dentist is definitely incompetent and doesn't care about her patients, I think she's in for Insurance profits. This is the worst experience I ever have at a dental office and I wouldn't recommend Posh Dental or this dentist to anyone. When you hear Posh Dental Dr. Najeeb, please read all the reviews. Worst dentist ever!! They put goggles on you! That should have been my first clue of how it was going to go!! They cleaned my teeth in less than 2min! I was covered in water OMG! I swear it was less than 2min! Same with rest of family less than 2min to clean teeth! They said I had 3 cavities and needed a deep cleaning! Went to another dentist (never ever had any issues!) nothing wrong teeth perfect! Okay maybe it was a mistake..... Nope same thing my husband had 5 they said they filled. Nope went to another dentist because my husbands tooth was hurting. Deep cavity that other dentist filled. Same thing with our son he had 4 went to another dentist not a one! BEWARE!!!!!

Made an appt with my son and the dentist did both ( 2) our cleaning in less than 15 minutes. Dr Najeeb said I have a cavity which she filled. Out of curiosity I called my insurance co on the work performed and the dentist billed my insurance for five yes that's correct (5) cavities. I told the insurance rep the dentist submitted fraudulent claims. if you do or did go to this dentist call your insurance co to confirm the work done.

Worst place to get any dental service done at posh dental . I wish I could give them 0 stars . Took my father for deep cleaning and they spent less than 4 minutes and rushed us to leave . For them Patient is nothing more than just an object who they'll put on chair for couple of minutes to bill insurance. Never going back to them .

I wish I could give less than one star. The worst dental experience I ever had. The nurse who took my x rays got my hair stuck in Velcro on the jacket and didn't apologize. she shoved my glasses into my hair instead of asking me to remove them. The Dentist came in a immediately suggested removing most of my teeth and i had to request a plan to save them. I also had a cracked front tooth and I asked the dentist to do something to further prevent it from cracking until I could schedule the root canal and she told me she doesn't do shortcuts... my tooth completely broke two days later. I will never step foot in this place again.

Horrible scam, tells you you need rootcanals when you don't, wants to cap your teeth with no cavities. Wouldn't let me out of the chair without a review. Scam artists. Went to a new dentist and told me all the work she claimed I needed done was a lie. She even told me to take out a bank loan for my teeth.

This place is a scam. There is no dignity in this place. One of the worst experiences of my life. They quoted me almost 10,000 dollars worth of work when not needed. Absolutely horrible. I definitely do not recommend anyone to go here.

I brought my parents to this location and Dr Najeeb as well as her staff have been nothing short of amazing. She did an incredible job of placing crowns on my fathers teeth damaged from radiation done as part of his head and neck cancer treatment. I can tell he is finally gaining confidence back. Thanks Dr Najeeb!
