Posh Dental has been my best dental experience that I've ever had! They are the best!! Always so gentle, patient and never make me feel bad for needing work done. I have very bad dental anxiety from past dental experiences, and Posh always puts me at ease. Thanks so much ladies!

They are rude on the phone. They gt upset when you call and they on thr line with another perosn and they hang up. On you when they say they are placing you on hold.

My experience at Posh Dental over the last few years has been exactly what I want from my dental healthcare provider. Consistent and timely service that I can flexibly fit in my schedule. Hygiene appointments are always on time and quick. The Hygienist is always friendly, professional, and thorough. I have had only limited dental work done outside of hygiene appointments and those have always been professional with no pushy sales tactics to up the production numbers. Couldn't ask for a better dental experience. Honest, effective, and professional.

Great staff and customer service !. I called and they worked me in in a few days. They were willing to work with my schedule. The doctor was great. She explained my options. Very gentle! It is worth the 300 mile drive to find an honest dentist. Sue Smith

This is my favorite dental office of ALL TIME! I'm a high anxiety patient and they are always so patient and kind. They have never made me feel like a PITA. They provide sunglasses for the bright lights, bite blocks if you have trouble keeping your mouth open, a neck pillow, and soft blanket. Basically everything an anxious person might need to be as comfortable as possible. They also keep notes about all these things and have these items ready to go for me at each appointment. First timers do need to ask but they will likely offer them even if you don't. At my most recent appointment the dental assistant, Jessica, was so comforting and Dr. Dawood gave me plenty of breaks as needed. I never felt like she was in a rush or annoyed that I needed more time. Plus, she has an awesome trick that makes the numbing injection 100 times easier and more comfortable! I have to move out of state and will truly miss the staff at POSH! EDIT: I forgot to give a shout out to Mesha, the practice manager. She has a BIG personality, an unforgettable laugh, and always gives a pleasant greeting. Ignore the negative reviews on here about her. She will not put up with anyone's BS which makes her perfect for the job. If someone has had a negative experience with her I would bet money they thought they could steam roll her or someone else on staff. I love to people watch and notice interactions whenever I'm in the lobby. She has always been professional even if she had to tell someone something they didn't want to hear. Okay, I am ready to step off my soap box.

Dr. Dawood is the best dentist I've ever had. She is passionate about her job and it shows that she truly cares about you. She has done general dental work for me and also veneers. She has transformed my smile and made me more confident. All of the staff is friendly and nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Dawood to anybody who needs any type of dental work done.

The worst experience at any dentist I've ever been to. Not because of the dentist, but because of the office manager Mesha! She was horrible. Condescending rude, very unprofessional. She literally yelled at me as I left. I would strongly suggest hiring a new office manager because her ego is out of control. Mesha will ruin this business if something isn't done. I was nothing but polite and was met with snide remarks and a condescending tone. UNREAL!

I recently called the office with a dental emergency and received an immediate appointment to address the issue. Very one made me feel right at home. The Docs and Ariel identified the problem and recommended a plan to correct it. A new crown was manufactured and installed with only one visit. These ladies are painless to deal with when it comes to dental work. I didn't need my usual shot of whiskey before I go to the dentist.

My husband had dental work done here about five years ago and raved about how great they were then! Fast forward and I had my first visit last week and had some extensive dental work done and was so impressed by all the staff! Dr. Dawood is amazing and beautiful!!!

I have been to several dentists throughout my life. I was ultimately left with the impression that dentists care more about money than people. That many believe making you feel like a bad person for having tooth issues will motivate a patient to come back. I was left fearing the idea of having to again deal with the pain and mistrust of dentistry and thus chose to let my mouth degrade over the years. I WAS WRONG! Posh is run and operated by people with beautiful hearts. Everyone I've met has made me feel welcome and safe. Meesha is funny, sweet, and effective at the front desk. Stephanie has a way about her that puts people at ease from the moment you get in the seat. Dr. Dawood is incredibly skilled, a skill that is only matched by her ability to make her patients feel secure and comfortable. Clearly a dmd driven by a higher standard than most. Thank you for all of your hard work!

I've been coming to posh dental now for about 6 months and this is by far the best service and experience I've had at any dentist office. Dr. Dawood was amazing, she went over everything that needed to be done and in detail explained to me why it needed to be done. From the first visit to this office you get the feel that every single person working here is very good at what they do and work as a team. I've had extractions, cavity fillings & veneers put in. Everyone in this office made this process the best it could be. They made sure I was comfortable the whole way and experienced very little discomfort. I've done my research & did a lot of shopping around, If anyone is looking for a good dentist & especially if your looking to get veneers Dr. Dawood is hands down the best in Arizona.
