I was starting to get an abscess and needed a root canal just a few months after receiving a bad filling from Dr. Buss. She told me it was fine and I just needed to let her make me a custom night guard and refused to give me a referral to a specialist initially....I've been going here for three years, and I really liked the all-female staff. But over time I realized how bad a job the dentist was doing. I have a dye allergy, and every single time I come for a cleaning, I have to stop the hygienist from using something with dye even though it's in their system that I have an allergy. I have also had to have fillings and a crown replaced that were completed by Dr Buss as someone else had mentioned. It's really upsetting, I feel like she makes decision based on the profit she can bring in, which goes along with her extremely poor social skills/terrible bedside manner. I keep going back but I'm realizing that they are not doing a good job. Unfortunately, we will be switching dentists.

We (my spouse, parents and I) have been going to Portland Smiles since we moved here in 2016 and have no intention of going to any other dentist as long as she is in practice. Dr. Buss is excellent, as are her staff, and the offices are impeccable and comfortable. Truly 5 star service with the highest professional medical standards.

Portland Smiles was without a doubt the best experience I ever had at a dentist office. The dental hygienist Amelia was awesome she made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be going back to Portland Smiles.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Buss and her entire staff. I called her office because of some discomfort with a tooth and Judy was able to fit me in the same day. Subsequently, it resulted in the need for a root canal and Dr. Buss's office connected me to So. Maine Endodontics and I am so pleased. I am scheduled for the crown in another week or so and highly recommend Dr. Buss and Portland Smiles. J. J. Grant Went to Portland Smile's for my routine cleaning and everything went well. Dr. Buss and her entire staff is just a pleasure to see. The office is immaculate and everyone puts "us", the patient, first in terms of COVID safety and protection. Everyone was so sweet. I was skeptical of all the glowing reviews on google... but they were real! I've never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr Buss and her staff make you feel comfortable.. Very caring and also professional.. I would highly recommend Portland Smiles whatever you need in dental work it will get done . Dental work is exceptional !

This is an amazing office. When you walk in it's friendly and clean. All of the staff start to finish were amazing and made you feel top priority. Quick and efficient with a smile all in one place. Love the technology and service provided. Definitely never leaving.
