This is the most positive dental experience I've ever had since coming to Portland North Dental. The staff is always so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. They always answer my questions and are more than happy to address any concerns I have. The office is always clean and tidy. No better place to go for your teeth :)

While I am not a patient at Portland North Dental Associates - I do work at a local orthodontic office and frequently speak with and visit the PND office. Christine is the kindest and friendliest person! She is so knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. I am excited every time I have to call or visit their office - which says a lot considering how many offices I call everyday! Each patient that we see from their office raves about their dentists and hygienists! It is evident that they all go above and beyond for their patients and families.

THE HOME OF JUDGEMENT FREE DENTISTRY!!! I broke a tooth over the weekend and was having severe nerve pain. After a horrible experience at a different dentist earlier in the day, I miraculously found Portland North Dental Associates! I was in the dentist's chair with in 1.5 hours from when I initially called!!! I was welcomed by name by the friendly folks at the front desk. I was not judged for not being to the dentist in 10 years. (Lack of dental insurance...) Having a compromised immune system, I felt VERY safe with the safety measures that they have in place in regards to Covid-19! I love that they ask that you wash your hands with SOAP AND WATER upon arrival, instead of just using hand sanitizer! Everyone on staff was so friendly!!! What started as coming in for just a pull of a broken tooth, has now turned in to the gaining of a new patient! Thank you!!!

I have been going to Portland North for 20 years. The doctors are highly skilled and keep up with new methods and equipment. I have required some significant work over the years and trust their treatment recommendations completely. The office manager has been with the practice over 20 years, and likewise highly skilled. She's been invaluable to me with her ability to navigate insurance complexities. Last but not least--everyone is friendly and upbeat all the time.

Not recommended if you don't have great insurance. I went here because I have no dental insurance and they offered a discount plan you pay monthly for, or yearly nearly $800.00 for the plan I chose. However, after getting a second option, I found out it seems they inflate their prices. Nearly all their procedure codes were very much more than Aspen Dental, so that after they apply the "savings" it came to the exact same amount that Aspen Dental charged with no "savings plan" for the exact same procedure. It took two weeks after my first exam to receive a treatment plan, where Aspen Dental gave it to me the same day as my first visit (which was the same as PND recommended and free, where PND cost $112.00 ) Both offices took two casts of my teeth, but PND said they needed further casts where AD took time to show me my cast and point out a detail "that's what you want to see" and didn't require further castings. You share a room with the only other dentist chair, and I was embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, and had to talk about it within earshot of the other Dentist and patient, and even the front desk. I also didn't like that I felt a little pressured to have a more expensive procedure done. The Aspen Dentist said I could have a procedure done, and shoud I decide to have an additional procedure done at a later date it would be no problem. PND said I was in the driver's seat, but also said "not nessecarially" when it came to it, and used words in BOLD font stressing in two emails it would be preferable to have the more expensive procedure done. Overall I paid $172.00 for one visit and one consult and they expect another $45.00 for cancelling the "savings" plan for the same services I got for free at the office I decided to go with. This was only my experience, if you don't need their "savings" plan and have your own insurance you might have a great experience, I just got a money-hungry vibe. But they're a tiny private office, so you can't really blame them. Plus the staff was flawlessly friendly.

I love visiting this dental office! I'm a relatively new patient and have only been in a few times so far- but they still know my name when I walk in. The people who work there are friendly and make me feel welcome. The hygienists and dentists are skilled and knowledgeable, and take great care of my teeth. I would definitely recommend Portland North Dental.

Fantastic Experience EVERY time! Christine is so helpful and accommodating. All the doctors and hygienists are superb! I was eager to get my teeth cleaned after the reopen and I must say they make it feel safe and offer a extremely clean environment. Proper procedures and preventative measures in place. The tv's above the dental chair make your visits go by quick and easy.

Friendly and knowledgable staff made my otherwise harrowing experience less so. Chris took the time to thoroughly explain my options regarding my dental health and helped me plan for the future. I was very impressed with the the technology, (he crowned my tooth on-site) and even more with the the friendly, accommodating atmosphere. 5 stars!

Dr. Rob and his team are super; painless cleaning, positive coaching, no judgement on poor mouth care patients, and he's a rock n'roller!
