It's best to make an appointment in the early morning. They are extremely fast doing dental work and front office staff is very nice and professional.

I called looking for new patient info,I got transfered to one of the dental office(Broadway) they picked up all I could hear was a bunch of laughing and noise then I was hung up on. Welp ! right out the gate i will pass on this practice.Very unprofessional.

They notified me THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT that they won't be taking adults anymore..so unprofessional!!!! They had months to tell me this..do you know how hard it is to find a dentist right now!?? I'm very upset and will never use them again

My fillings are done so poorly that I can't even floss I started seeing another dentist and he spent hours helping me to fix porter dentals mess. I had a root canal done and the dentist refused to do my crown until after I saw their endodontist. When I went to see a separate endodontist he told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tooth. These people cancelled my upcoming crown appointment even though I told him not to so now I'm waiting another 3 weeks to see them again. It is January 27th I had my root canal done back on NOVEMBER 16th. HATE THIS OFFICE AND THIS COMPANY. Look up "Kool Smiles" they changed their name to porter dental bc they got caught committing fraud on CHILDREN. I will NEVER bring my daughter to this facility.

What a disgrace. This company tries everything they can to get as much money as they possibly can from you. Even as far as agreeing to a price, making the appointment and then upping the price by saying you need something else that wasn't agreed upon to begin with. If you know whats good for you and your loved ones go ahead and just drive right past this place.

Managing dental offices for 20 years I've met many dentists and staff. I can tell an ethical dentist from those that arent very easily. I cannot find enough words of praise for this office. From the young lady in the check in area to the assistants in the back and the dentists, they're all amazingly patient, gentle and caring. My 7 year old is petrified of anything to do with doctors and they were able to calm her, proceed with her extraction using Nitrous gas and make it a positive experience for her. Shes now looking forward to getting her cleaning. I'm grateful to the staff. Also not having any dental insurance makes it hard yet with their inhouse discount plan getting treatment doesnt put you in a hole. Her exam, gas, extraction and xray was all under $300 and believe me when I say that is EXTREMELY reasonable. Love Porter Dental. Xoxo

My visit started out rough but it was all worth it in the end. Keishon was the BEST, she calmed my nerves because I was nervous about my extraction and was just pleasant overall. Dr. Tamim was great as well. Thank you!

We came in today for an emergency appointment for my daughter. Keshawn was our dental tech and she was amazing. she was nice and gentle and explained everything that we needed to know and what options the doctor was going to take. We love all the doctors and techs here!

my son jaxon is just 6 and terrified of the dentist. every time he comes in lauren is super sweet and jokes around with him until he is comfortable. she is great and I always look forward to her being our assistant !

I had a great experience here today, staff was very nice and kid friendly, Netta was a great help, she managed to get my 3 year old to sit still and take all x-ray pictures without moving or complaining
