The rudest. Not the dentist nor the people at the front desk. However it's the ghetto dental assistants no thank you. I will not entertain rudeness or illiteracy.

This place takes sooooooo long so many times after waiting for an hour i left telling them to call when they ready which was two hours later the people inside are genuine each one but collectively Porter dental is trash fr and it's freezing in there

Well when it walked into portal dental today for my son I didn't feel welcomed and than when I walked back for my son to get his teeth cleaned I had one of the female dentist in there not sure how to spell her name correctly but she said it was Zane ? She was asking all these questions but they were all negative ones nothing positive came from her mouth she was rude and disrespectful to me and spoke to me saying "you're just making up excuses" I'm not sure what she meant by that but I know for sure you shouldn't be rude. She then asked me saying my son talking about him now "he's breathing heavy " I said maybe because he's had bad experiences in the past from being scared at the dentist office with being strapped down to the chair to be held still because of cavities. Then she said does he have sleep apnea she was just going on and on and on with the negative comments I then finally had enough of her. Rude insults and said ma'am you don't need to talk to me like that and she said well since you don't like my services you can be put somewhere else I said good ! Because you're behavior is unacceptable. MR LIN was awesome that's who javon saw instead and let's just say he was more nicer and engaging with both me and javon he deserves all the stars thank you

This place is so unprofessional, they schedule you an appointment then cancel it wasting peoples time and gas. I took off from work twice just to get all the way there and they tell me they cancel my appointment. I'm 7 months pregnant and don't have the time to keep trying to schedule appointments just to have them canceled

The office is always clean n Mr Robert that works up front is just awesome. I would recommend it for the kids cause it's so comfortable there.

Waited 45 min after scheduled appointment, not very personable (they maybe talked with us for 30 seconds), and providers seemed preoccupied (phones, personal appearance). There are definitely more professional and engaging providers out there.

They did a great job cleaning my son's teeth! It's wasn't an easy job either. However she got all of it off. Ms. Margaret was the best that's ever done it. Will be returning to her every 6 months!

Porter dental's licensed doctors are of horrible quality. They are not professional, they are argumentative and service their patients with an air of superiority while serving a majority minority low income patients. It is disrespectful and disgusting how inadequate the record keeping is done. On more than one occasion including today November 13 2021 , I came to my appointment with one understanding but was told a COMPLETE DIFFERENT PLAN WAS ON RECORD. Back when they were Kool Smiles their service and care was just as trash. That was the first time I experienced their horrible record keeping ability. I came in for pain in one molar and one wisdom tooth. I explained to them my pain was on the top and bottom of my left jaw. After taking the X-ray Dr told me both needs to come out. But when I came to have them extracted they only extracted the molar and left the wisdom tooth. It took two years for me to get it fixed. And today I come in for an extraction again, but of course NOT FOR THE TOOTH I ASKED TO BE REMOVED. SMH I don't understand why after waiting two hours to be seen I have to insist on a "consultation" to discuss the confusion of today's visit?? The service rendered by the professional staff is a clear reflection of how this company views the patients they serve. If you can find a private dentistry that accepts your state benefits then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO TO THEM BEFORE YOU COME TO ANY PORTER DENTAL LOCATION IN THE BALTIMORE AREA. ITS ALL THE SAME DOCTORS THAT GO FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION. THEY DONT CARE THEY ONLY THERE FOR A CHECK.

I have been attending Porter dental for about 2 years now and have also brought my daughter to this organization. Hands down the professionalism of the staff is why I continuously return. From Chris at the front desk to Lisa who I would recommend for dental cleaning and Dr Ambrose who I will recommend for your dental needs such as cavity fillings. The staff is just on point and they feel like an extension of family. I highly recommend this dental office. The biggest reason is because when I expressed to them some of the horror stories from previous dental organizations they didn't take those lightly they made sure that I was rest assured and that went a long way. So I'm for quality and Porter dental exudes that Please continue to set the bar exceptionally high.

If you have insurance stay away from this place. They are gear to service low income, and fentanyl patients from rehab center located down the street from office. Very unprofessional any unsanitary. Staff is never prepared to do there jobs it's alway an problem or delay, miscommunication for simply office functions. No patient privacy just a bunch of sheets. I should not have to sit and listen to personal conversations before you do your job. I went for a service recommended by there dentist. Schedule it went on the day to have service done. But because it would take time, and would be nothing quick on there dental assembly line, and the fact I have good insurance not medical assistance.I was denied service and told to reschedule. This is called trying too milk insurance. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and with Portal Dental ..... portal dental refused to help resolve dental issue I'm in pain

The worst dentist ever, they NEVER answer the phone. They didn't put my daughter's medicine in and when they did put in the prescription the next day they put the wrong prescription in.

This place is made for poor people who will tolerate poor customer service and treatment. I took my niece to help out and waited a total of 1 hour 15 mins for a less than 10 min visit. My mom always complaints but again she is the type who will give her money to places that do not respect or her time, NOT I.
