This Dentist office does not care my appointment was yesterday at 9 AM in the morning I got there at 8:35 waited over 2 1/2 hours before I got into the back on top of that I've been trying to reach them since 4 PM yesterday for a prior authorization for my medicine and I'm still continue and trying to get in touch with them I do not recommend anybody to go to this location go to the East Point Mall location because they are the best this is really ridiculous how we have to go through all this trouble for our dentist not to answer

My five year old had a scheduled appointment. We arrived on time and then waited over 2 1/2 hours before I made the decision to walk out. This was only our second visit with this office, and it will be the last. Not once did anyone apologize for the delay or explain what the hold up was. They allowed a five year old and myself to just sit and sit and sit. I watched people that came in after us be seen and leave while we were still waiting. If this is the level of customer service they provide. I don't want them performing any work on my child's mouth. As a business owner if I made a client wait for that long, I wouldn't have any left. The medical field is shameful with their greed in overbooking patients and during a global pandemic no less. I'll also add, no one said a word to me as I walked out so clearly they aren't concerned with anything but the money. There are hundreds of other dentists to choose from.

If u have a fear of going to the dentist, then Dr. Eke, is the dentist to go to see! He has a mild, gentle approach. He's so smooth! In my case, he was in & out of my mouth b4 i even knew it and the problem was resolved. Also, i was truly blessed to have the dental assistant, Ms. Crystal Johnson. She made my experience more tolerable by providing me with the numbing gel, 1st. & allowing it to take affect. So when the dentist came to numb me with the needle, i felt very minimal discomfort. Generally speaking, no one looks forward to going to the dentist, but whenever i must go, this is always my place of choice.

The wait was way too long. 2 1/2 hour wait when I had an appointment scheduled. Too many people in the back room. Way over booked. Very disappointed.
