Nobody ever answers the phone here and when they do, they are extremely rude for no reason. When you leave a message as they instruct, there is never a call back. It made me glad that I wasn't able to schedule my kids here because if that's the lack of care with answering phones, I can't even imagine how poor the service is at the appointment. I always consider front desk staff a mirror or reflection of the business and what that staff tells me is "find somewhere else."

Just don't come here, onThursday June 9 my son was hit in the mouth by another student with a water bottle and his two front teeth were chipped. This incident triggered an immediate emergency for me to take him to the emergency room and then the dentist office. I called Porter Dental and was told to bring him in to be seen. Porter Dentist is where I have been taking my kids for cleaning and check ups for 5 or more years. His last visit was 3 months ago, when it was suggested that he needed 6 metal cup around his teeth. I didn't do it that time his almost 11 his baby tooth come out soon, I don't trust them he need 6 more cup ,they fraud ,I wanted second opinion I left after they clean his tooth, they also put my other kid in pain putting half dozen metal cup Once I am at Porter for the emergency appointment ,the dentist office refused to threat my son. Because He didn't do the metal cup, they delaying his treatment, neglecting him,at this emergency time I have to find a new dentist, which is hard, painful mentally and physically as well as unprofessional and discrimatory on the dentist's behalf.also the assistant are so rude and pushy, No one should ever be treated or degraded in such a manner! All I'm asking is for my child's teeth to be fixed by his primary dentist and if they can not fix then they should be able to recommend another dentist to do immediately. Unprofessional! Their only focus is money, don't take your kids to this dentistry, they will try every unnecessary procedures just for the insurance payment!!!

DON'T COME HERE. They are unprofessional and give you wong information about your teeth. They told me I needed to get a tooth pulled and I got it plulled even though I didn't need to. Now the tooth at the top is shifting down. Probably going to have to get braces and a implant.

Came in for a 6 months check up.The doctor saw that my child had a cracked cap on tooth. She did not say anything about it. The lady that comes behind the doctor to brush and clean the teeth. Spoke on it. The doctor response was, she did not want to be responsible for it because. She was not the doctor who placed the cap on the tooth. The metal is shape now from being broke. Very unprofessional and careless!

Just don't come here. Appointment was for 9am. It's 1015 & we still have not been seen. It's unprofessional here. Just find another place. New name (formally Kool smiles) but same unprofessionalism. Don't know why my husband chose this ghetto place.

This place is horrible. My 3 years girl teeth was really good. But the fraud dentistry stuff claimed my baby has 10 cavities and they cleaned by injecting local anaesthetic. After that my daughter has been suffering severe pain off and on. How can I sue against their fraud.

Horrible experience I would not recommend this place to anyone... I went in with my whole right side of my face swollen and was given nothing for pain and was told to wait until I come back for treatment which wasn't until a month and a week away meaning I have to sit with this pain until they have time to take do a root canal their doctor does not speak English and they do not do cleanings so you have to jump from dentist to dentist they don't answer any questions correctly and when they answer anything they are rude ... good luck to anyone looking for a good dentist this is not the place trust me

I am considering reporting this Dentistry for fraud. My daughter was a patient for nearly 4 years for routine care. Each routine appointment they diagnosed several cavities. I started to question their diagnosis and decided to try another dentist earlier this year. The new dentist confirmed no cavities after Porter advised that she had 5 cavities. In conclusion I strongly recommend that parents seek another opinion before any treatment plan by Porter.

I was scheduled last week for an appointment at 4p.m last week when I phoned another location and the receptionist gave me an appointment for that day due to the pain that I was experiencing that I in turn told them about so I had gotten someone to bring me there but we were stuck in traffic so when I arrived two minutes after the time I get there and they tell me we don't see anyone after 4p.m and I tried to explain that I called and said that I was running behind and then when I get there they tell me that they don't. do tooth extractions so I have been walking around in did pain cannot even open my mouth wide enough now for an examinations if I was told to which means that I am barely eating and every other place has giving me the run around I guess they will probably have to let all of my teeth fall out before someone e see me. They do not be specific and they do not communicate at all no Baltimore porter dental locations do any cleanings for adults I was never told that had to get the information from a dental office that's not in Baltimore city !!!! And they also need 2 Hygenies instead of one I have a great dental history I'm not understanding why I specially can't get what I need done was told last min when my appointment was in a couple hours all a black women needs is 2 fill ins done they super ghetto at this location kool smiles is awesome never go to this place though you will be disappointed but God bless !

Had an appointment for both my children and no one showed up to open the location. No appointment cancellations were sent and multiple families were outside waiting with confusion along with myself.
