walked out after hellish noicane shots . not friendly not organized. a total let down. so bad i had to walk out . why? i have no clue i just wanted antibiotics. he wanted to pull all my teeth

Worst experience I ever had at a dentist office. Does not even deserve the one star I'm giving. When I was numbed I had no warning no walk thru on the procedure. He had no professional manners I was noticeable shaking in the chair due to my anxiety breathing fast and not once did he ask if I was ok. Didn't care that I was in pain when he was sticking the needle in my gums its been a couple days and my gums where the needle went in is continuing to swollen even more. Not only that but every time he went to drill my tooth water was pouring I mean pouring down my face afterwards the nurse said that the hose was broken and he kept going Not caring. I don't see how this company is still in business its they type that only cares about the money and not the patient DO NOT COME HERW FOR YOURSELF OR CHILDREN I'm so traumatized. I

I needed my wisdom teeth pulled and they got me in the next day. The extraction was smooth. Thought everyone was very kind and helpful!

Terrible experience for just a teeth cleaning just uppers was shot 4 or 5 times extreme hurt and unfriendly people ill never go back

Edit - I misunderstood there were some communication issues, and I believe that I gave an unfair review. There was just miscommunication between the dentist, office staff and me. "I went here in hope it would be better than my last dentist. Go in to get cavities filled dentist says don't worry about it. He refused to fill cavities last 2 times I went. Now one of the teeth I had a cavity in has chipped. Feels pretty close to the root. Now I guess I should go to my last dentist. They weren't the best but they at least helped me out.

Horrible experience! The dentist does not treat you well at all. Lady at the desk was the only nice one there.

BEWARE......Worst experience ever, from the bedside manner of the dentist to the fraudulent charges for services not provided. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT!!! I went in with my daughter for cleanings, the Dentist and the girl he was training we're arguing as the stood over my daughter as they half way cleaned her teeth. He was going back & forth between myself & the other 2 rooms with patients and never greeted or talked to me. They openly discuss as well as write on the cover of your chart what is covered vs what you've used Year to date, do what they want & don't discuss a treatment plan or options. When I received a copy of what was paid to them I discovered they billed & were paid for extracting 3 teeth I still have in my mouth. Had I not reviewed the bill I wouldn't have ever known. I questioned why they wanted me to pay $1800 for two crowns when my insurance covers them & the response was "the insurance only reimbursed $250 so it doesn't benefit the Dr. to do the work other wise".

I have an extreme issue with dentists but after meeting Michelle, I gave their office a try. From Kathy at the front desk to Rosa and Micjelle in back assisting Dr Hoffman, the experience was awesome. They even got me to laugh despite a lot of catch up needing to be made.

I came there for a cleaning, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice, however when I got to back they had a needle out telling me I needed to be numbed for a gum cleaning I said no I just want a regular cleaning. Then I told me I noticed a spot on my tooth dentist came in checked it said no big deal it's just a small discolor then this lady starts to scrap it leaves comes back and says oh no it needs to be extracted cause it shows in the X-ray. They start clean my teeth I got some lady with this huge hose thing up in my face along with the lady cleaning I asked politely for the one lady to step back then they both proceed to get up leave the room a new lady comes in to clean, all she did was polish my teeth sprayed water all over face and neck didn't wipe it off then barely rinsed the polish off did do a fluoride treatment or even floss! Worse experience I've ever had a dentist office!

HORRIBLE !!!! First of all the receptionist was drunk or on something. The dental assistants were rude and spoke Spanish to talk about you . The advertisement for 899$ implants is a lie . He refused to pull my husband's teeth and wanted to fix and repair teeth that were on 4 s . I don't know why they advertise implants if they refuse to give them . The office was dirty with a smell of deceit and deception. In the air . They want to do all these expensive procedures to drain your insurance plan for the year except the one you want .I wouldn't take my dog here .
