I recently took my husband for a consult for an implant and the girls in the back were very sweet and attentive. We were in and out in just about a half an hour, I couldn't believe it!! Dr. Hane was straight to the point and quickly came up with the best plan to fix my husband's issues!

Absolutely amazing. My best friend just had two of his teeth pulled. And i was in absolute shock. It took less than an hour the girls in the back wheeled him out because he was still loopy. It was kind of funny but they gave me the run down and got his medicine sent in asap. So i want to say thank you. I was terrified having to be responsible for someone coming out of sedation but it was a breeze. They explained everything to me step by step. And called him around 12 to check on him. So thank you Dr. Hane for getting him back to normal !

Love !!! I went last week for a consult & then got my appointment booked the day after . Unfortunately I went to another surgeon and they left a piece of root in my mouth!!! Dr. Hane was very honest & made me comfortable making decisions and everything and nurse jeani ( hopefully I'm spelling her name right ) was so sweet and knowledgeable about everything

RUN THE OTHER WAY!.....AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!! I am a 63 year old professional having worked for Verizon for 32 years, 17 years in real estate sales and and an accomplished equestrian from Virginia. I called this office prior to having a tooth extracted to make sure that they were in network with Metlife and they said "yes". The office woman Tina told me she would "call Metlife to make sure what dollar amount I would owe at time of the extraction" otherwise she" wouldn't be doing her job". So I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I had to pay $125.00 at the time of the visit and I thought that was high so afterwards I called Metlife and found out that they had not been in network with Metlife since April of the previous year. I took my papers down to the facility and had a representative from Metlife lined up to call once I was there. When I explained the situation to Tina and told her that apparently I had been given misinformation and I felt it only fair that she refund me $93.00 (according to Metlife). She became very agitated, got up in my face with her hand raised and told me to leave. I told her I had Metlife calling and we could all listen on speaker and get everything straightened out. She said she hadn't received any money from Metlife and that I needed to leave. That the office "didn't operate this way". She told me that if I didn't leave she would have me removed. (apparently this has happened in the past???) As she was calling the police, the Metlife representative came on the phone and said they would receive their check on the 27th but that he would be happy to fax over the information so we could all see it. She refused to give me her fax number and told me again to leave and shortly afterward the police showed up and escorted me outside................So take heed. This is not an office you want to do business with and futhermore Doctor Kane has zero bedside manners - you are just another slab of meat. His first injection of novocaine hit something wrong and I had a ping pong ball size swelling on my jaw that tried to come back 3 days after the tooth had been pulled. Then he actually stuck the needle into my tongue!! You are better off driving down to the Bluffton/HiltonHead area or Charleston. Best of luck!

Dr. Hane and staff were absolutely incredible! I am so grateful for the quick response, action, sense of urgency and kindness to resolve my pain. Thank you!

This was the worst dental experience of my life! The oral surgeon was rude and I felt like I was in a torture chamber. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy., and God bless the poor children he works on. It's worth driving to Charleston for professional friendly dentists

I would not recommend going here for any teeth extraction procedure. My husband went here over a month ago for all four wisdom teeth to be removed. He had his phone on record in his pocket during the procedure just in case there was any important information he forgot while being heavily sedated. What the phone actually picked up was astounding. The Oral Surgeon was very unprofessional and childish. He continually raised his voice at my unconscious husband, yelled about how difficult he was being, and said it was not worth the money. As if there was anything my husband could have done in this sedated state! Fast forward to the post op appointment. The doctor barely even looked in his mouth and didn't ask how he was. He was in alot of pain still and was having consistent headachs. Fast forward a couple more weeks and my husband was still in pain and having headaches. I make another appointment to get him checked. They made him feel awful for coming back and treated him like it was all in his head. Today he still has discomfort but we won't step foot in there again. This place is the epitome of unprofessionalism. Do not go here.

Had my 4 wisdom teeth pulled this past week they took care of it no problem (definitely make you feel comfortable) and Also they where very polite when I called back a few days later asking questions about what happened and how to continue taking care of my teeth after the surgery

A month ago I was scheduled for an appointment this morning. I showed up for the appointment, only to be told that it somehow got deleted, and that there weren't going to be any doctors in today. I never got called, and missed a half day of work. They did reschedule, but I'm extremely disappointed by their poor communication.

Most Awsome and professional doctor and staff ever!!! I have been a dental assistant for 30 years and chose him to take care of my son. No problems what so ever!!! Highly recommended, absolutely!!!

Went for extraction in preparation for implant. He did the extraction and I will agree the staff is not the most informative or friendliest. I had also stated multiple times I was extremely sensitive to anesthesia and narcotics - half doses are more than enough. I prefer local but he prefers sedation. I was so out of it on release I tried to get out of the car in traffic twice. I will not go back to someone who won't listen.
