An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Beware!!!!This place is terrible and that's a understatement My husband went here because our other dentist office did not except our insurance anymore. I came with the full plan in hand of the work that needed to be done and they didn't even wanna look at it, that is understandable because I do know they would want to assess it and come up with a plan of action on there own, but what I don't understand is how the codes they gave for the insurance portion and our out of pocket expenses were triple the amount. They wanted to do extra and get the most out of everything. I mean one of the codes was just a simple tooth extraction, but they find a way to somehow make it some kind of fancy extraction that's most expensive. I mean no codes matched up to any on the original plan. I could go on and on the place was a wreck, bathrooms were so dirty toilet paper every where like this isexplaining office. No professionalism here what so ever then when I asked them to explain why these codes were different and why is this triple the amount as our original plan they kept repeating the same stuff and never really having a answer I don't write to many reviews , but this was insane. The dentist never intervened and made the ladies deal with the explaining like they were doing his dirty work. Scam artist!!!!

Went there to fix my husbands top plate dentures. They took real care of him. Was proud with the professionalism of the staff.

If I could just write in a zero I would. My first time in this office and I did not feel welcomed I stood there for minutes waiting to at least be acknowledged. I was finally addressed by what do you need? After I was helped I stood outside for a while but could clearly see into the building they greeted other people very quickly I wonder what happened to me Why wasn't I a person that could be addressed quickly. I felt disgusted and do not want an appointment anymore Sad situation

I'm becoming a little more concerned about the professionalism of this office. I called today at 3:50 PM to reschedule an appointment. Heather answered the phone and when I told her that I needed to reschedule she actually just hung up on me without a word. Hung up the phone. She said nothing and disconnected the call, I am assuming so that she wouldn't have to take one final call before leaving for the day. I realize they close at 4 but really this is just inexcusable, disappointingly so.

They were able to get Abe in w/ no appointment! It was an emergency situation. They were very compassionate and understanding! Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Dr. Lucking is too sweet. She was able to see all three of my daughters and myself at the same time and got us in and out. Janessa did my cleaning and was super knowledgeable. We will be coming back here.

I went to this office 2 weeks ago for my consultation and x-rays; Shelbi the office manager was warm and friendly. Dr. Lucking was also warm and friendly and the x-ray technician was very nice... Today I went in for a scheduled procedure scheduled with Janessa. The receptionist was extremely rude and spoke to me very unprofessional. Janessa was using her cellphone during my procedure (have to love the red shiny cellphone!!!). Janessa didn't give me follow up care instructions, have the doctor check my gums, and I arrived at the receptionist desk to pay "drooling blood". I left in extreme pain and was shown "no compassion" what so ever. I will not be returning to this office.

This was the best dental visit I have ever had!! Dr. Lucking and her entire team are absolutely phenomenal. I came in extremely nervous but everyone I came in contact with was very reassuring and made this visit as easy as possible. The hygienist Janessa was attentive had provided great chair side manner. Normally it's awkward visiting a new dentist but here they make it feel like I've been there for years.

I cannot reccomend this office. After reading the other negative reviews I agree.. I was in the office 51/2 hours for a simple root canal redo amd cleaning. I sat on 3 dofferent rooms for over 4 hours doing nothing but listening to the ataff and dentist laughing, eating and gossiping. The 20 minute cleaning was extremely painful done with a burr and drill around my gums by a very uncaring hygienist. My root canal was quick but my jaw was so painful I wanted to cry. Two days later I called the office because I could not touch my tooth. They could not see me but 4 hours later the receptionist called back saying she called in a prescription for a med. I am a retired nurse and found this place to be very unprofessional and close to incompetent. My bill was $200 more than quoted but I was Too upset to question it!

The front desk staff were great and they got us in and out very quickly, Ashlyn the technician was amazing with my five year old and she eased him to take an x-rays, and Dr. lucking is amazing with kids and made him feel super comfortable. I totally recommend to come to this place.

If you have to go to the dentist go to this place. Everyone in the entire place treated me like gold.my teeth are perfect. I had 2 root canals and 2 crowns awesome job. Even the girls at the check in we're so nice.

Dr. Lucking and all the staff were awesome! Gentle, funny, and professional. Kathleen Lucking and her assistant made me feel like myself again...here come lots of selfies now that I have my smile back...THANKYOU and I would definitely recommend!!!
