This office and the office in sleepy hollow is amazing! Five stars is not enough! If I could I would give this office 10 stars! The office is so clean and the staff is always so warming and makes my daughter feel at ease. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a friendly, fun, professional pediatric dentist.

(Translated by Google) My wife called today for an appointment for my children and she tells me that they treated her badly, they answer the phone in a bad way and they don't know how to treat people. It's a shame to have to live with these unfortunate deals, the truth is (Original) Mi esposa llamo hoy para una cita para mis ninos y me cuenta que la trataron mal contestan el telefono de mala manera y no saben tratar alas personas. es una lastima tener que vivir estos tratos lamentable situacion la verdad

Great and fast service. The staff is great and the dentist Dr. Emily Ortiz did a wonderful job with my three children. No complaints would recommend to anyone.

Went to get my childs chipped tooth fixed and they cleaned his teeth. Then told me to "keep an eye on it" there are no doctors available today. My child has an active painful chipped tooth and they scheduled me to keep an eye on it for worsening. Why would you bring in a child with this type of problem and not have a doctor in the building. Unprofessional. 2 stars because they gave my kids balloons smh.

Traumatized my daughter at her first dentist visit. Very unprofessional. The dentist does not know how to deal with toddlers without forcing an unnecessary teeth cleaning.

Today I took my 2 year daughter for her first visit to the dentist. As a caring parent I wanted my little one to have a positive experience but it wasn't the case. Aside from the long waiting even with an appointment, they have a kid friendly reception. Receptionist was great and my daughter was excited to go to the dentist and didn't hesitate to go in when called. She settled in the dentist chair and we waited another 28 minutes for the doctor to come in. That's when everything went south! The doctor did not introduce herself, just asked about any health issues and put her mask and augmentation and light glasses on. Really scary sight for a 2 year old that had never seen such a thing. The doctor asked for her to sit on my lap and another nurse helped hold my daughter in place. The doctor proceeded a forced unnecessary cleaning. It was all over in less than a minute, leaving me without much time to react to the situation. The doctor only said see you in 6 months and left without saying goodbye or anybody escorting us to the exit. Extremely unprofessional for a place that only deals with children. I felt as if my daughter and I were treated as number and taken advantage of so that they can get paid by insurance. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place, I took my 2 year old son and my 17 year old niece and they had a very good experience and all the staff were very professional, respectful and passive
