Dr Poole is an amazing orthodontist! My kids love him and he is just a great guy. His staff is amazing as well!

I originally went to Dr. Poole to get my teeth fixed and was not happy with the outcome. I was missing a tooth in the front and was very unhappy with the results because he didn't make my missing tooth space big enough for my implant or make my teeth look straight at all. Once I told Dr. Poole that I was not satisfied by the look of my teeth he told me he didn't know how to fix them and basically gave up on my teeth. Once I complained to staff they transferred me to Dr. Willis and he got the job done perfectly! My teeth look awesome and Dr. Willis made enough space for my implant. I would 100% recommend going to Willis Orthodontics instead because he is knowledgeable and cares about his job and patients!! 5 stars for Dr. Willis!

We love love love Poole orthodontics! They have given beautiful smiles to multiple family members. We look forward to our appointments because the environment is so relaxed and fun. Make sure you have a good joke for Dr. Poole.

My son's wire popped off his bracket last night. I called and left a message and Dr. Poole was able to squeeze him in first thing this morning. His office staff was able to squeeze my son in. I have always been happy with their service they provide. I will happily refer my friends and family members to their office.

We cannot say enough good things about the staff, environment, kindness, and comfort that is felt every time we visit this office! I have had 2 kids have braces through Poole and Willis and will continue going there with our other 3 if they need them!

There is no better orthodontist in cache valley. None. Dr Pool and Willie have taken care of me since 2012. Their pricing is affordable, their care is fantastic. I am a lifelong customer for all things braces/retainers, etc. I promise you, don't go anywhere else. Also, Sara at the front desk is a delight :)

The experience was extremely scary. Dr. Pool's breath was comparable to that of Hitler's. (So I've heard at least. I know a guy that smelled it so i know the smell based on a second hand story.) I was just surprised to see an orthopedic toothologist like yourself with bad breath. Also, not as big of a deal, but The Reception team ran my credit card and then spat on my face. And I mean literally. And when the police arrived they made up a random story and made it seem like I was the bad guy. I mean I still had every right to bring a flail to the appointment. (Google it if you don't know what it is. Perfectly harmless. Cant a man have a pet?) Long story short, I got out of the slammer this morning. But I would highly recommend your services to a friend. No doubt trout.

Always a 5-star experience at Poole & Willis. The staff is very professional and friendly - they are very organized and easily work around our busy schedule. My daughter has never had to wait for her appointment - they get her in and out very quickly. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and personable.

I've had 3 kids so far go to Poole and Willis. The staff and docs are friendly. I love that the appointments are quick and efficient so my kids don't miss much school during the year when they have an appointment!

Love everything about Poole & Willis! The front desk is awesome, the assistants are all wonderful and you couldn't ask for better orthodontists. My daughter was very nervous for her first appointment but is now excited to go every time.
