Great experience with Poole Orthodontics. The staff got me in the same day to take care of my braces and get a wire trimmed. Everyone was super nice and was a quick pain free experience. Great people at Poole. I highly recommend! They definitely put the patient first!

Came here to get permanent retainers fixed or replaced. They were extremely transparent and up front in explaining my options and what they would cost. Gave clear recommendations. I did have to wait awhile, but they apologized and checked on me frequently while I was waiting. In the end they fixed my retainers for free even though I wasn't a previous patient!

Dr.Poole has been the Orthodontist for 2 of my children and we have been very happy! The office staff is friendly and works great with children and teenagers! I love the results and seeing my children's beautiful smiles!

I originally went to Dr. Poole to get my teeth fixed and was not happy with the outcome. I was missing a tooth in the front and was very unhappy with the results because he didn't make my missing tooth space big enough for my implant or make my teeth look straight at all. Once I told Dr. Poole that I was not satisfied by the look of my teeth he told me he didn't know how to fix them and basically gave up on my teeth. Once I complained to staff they transferred me to Dr. Willis and he got the job done perfectly! My teeth look awesome and Dr. Willis made enough space for my implant. I would 100% recommend going to Dr. Willis instead because he is knowledgeable and cares about his job and patients!! 5 stars for Dr. Willis!

They are very friendly and warm, the attitude is always positive. Things for me have taken over twice as long as they said it would, because I have for four sets of trays been asking then to change certain things. I always leave the appointment feeling like they understood what I need and then when I get my new trays, and they are not designed to fix what I asked them to fix. It is getting very frustrating.

The team at Poole and Willis are unmatched. Trust me, as a former orthodontic assistant there for 5 years and now working in a different office outside Cache Valley, you will never find care as good anywhere else. The extreme care and detail that goes into everything Dr's Poole and Willis do is unrivaled! They genuinely about every single patient they see. You won't find better results from anywhere else, and you will feel like a top priority through the whole process. I will forever refer anyone I know to this office.
