His father, Dr. Alexander Ponzio, who was also a general dentist, first began practicing in the area in 1979; so, the Ponzio family has had the pleasure of taking care of the dental health of the residents of Oak Park, River Forest, Elmwood Park, and the surrounding neighborhoods for almost 40 years.
Dr. Anthony Ponzio is currently an adjunct faculty member at Midwestern Universitys College of Dental Medicine-Illinois, where he regularly presents to the students on dental technology.He has taken extensive continuing education in the fields of orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and implant dentistry, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, and the International College of Implantology.Dr. Ponzio is also a Basic Trainer for CEREC CAD/CAM technology, and has had the pleasure of training hundreds of dentists and their staffs on dental technology and how to integrate it into their offices.
Dr. Benka received her DDS degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2007. During her dental career she has been a general dentist in private practice, serving the people of Oak Park and its surrounding communities.
Dr. Benka was a faculty member at Midwestern Universitys College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove 2011-2019. Starting in May 2014 she became an assistant professor, overseeing many students as they provided dental care.
Dr. Kouris received her dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1999. During her dental career, she has been a general dentist in private practice, serving multiple communities including Chicago, Oak Park, Oak Brook, Elmhurst and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Kouris is a strong advocate of giving back to the community, as evidenced by her work, providing dental care to underprivileged adults and children through the Community Health Clinic of Chicago and the Infant Welfare Society of Oak Park.
