We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Katie joined our office in 2005.She earned a Bachelor Degree in Pre-Hygiene Studies at the University of Nebraska-Kearney and her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2003 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. Katie is a Gothenburg native and lives in the country with her husband, Jesse, and their two children, Carter and Kallie. She enjoys spending time with family, attending her childrens' events, cooking and being outdoors.
Cassie joined our office in 2018.Cassie attended undergraduate school at Arizona State University. She got her Dental Hygiene degree from Rio Salado in Phoenix, AZ in 2001. Her husband Drew's schooling and military service have since taken them to New York, Ohio, and now Nebraska. They live in Gothenburg with their 6 children. She loves exercise, music, and being with her kids!
Kristen joined our office in 2019. She graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. Kristen is originally from Curtis and now lives on a farm south of Moorefield. Her husband, Kelly, farms and ranches and together they have four children, Kahner, Brookelyn, Dylan and Sydney. She enjoys Husker sports, watching her kids events and going to the lake with her family.
Arlene joined our office in 2017. She has lived in Gothenburg with her husband, Curtis, for 23 years. Arlene has two grown, married sons, (Tyler and Logan) two wonderful daughter-in-laws (Lea and Katie) , and a spoiled dog named Zoey. She enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with family.
Gwen joined our office in 2017. She is originally from Arapahoe, NE, and now lives on a farm north of Gothenburg. Her husband, James, farms near Gothenburg and together they have twin boys, Jaxson and Turner! She enjoys puzzles and spending time with her family on the farm.
Shanna joined our office in 2019. She is originally from Gothenburg. Her husband, Tim, works at Frito Lay and together they have two children, Jayde and Tj. She enjoys reading and spending time with her two granddaughters.

Very fast, friendly, and informative. Explained everything as they were going through things and answered all questions and concerns I had. Would recommend friends and family to go there if they don't have a primary dentist.

Dr. Aden and her staff are all amazing. My son and I both go here for all our dental needs. They are excellent with kids, even the youngest ones. My son is 5 and actually enjoys going. They explain everything to him and show him their tools and let him touch them as well. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the phenomenonal dental experience from start to finish. Dr. Aden has surrounded herself with a supporting staff that obviously likes what they are doing and are very engaged in their effort to create a positive experience. I received superior customer service that deserves to be applauded. Every person in the waiting room was greeted and recognized by the dental hygienists and assistants at the front desk. I was treated with respect and loved the conversation and insight offered by my dental hygienist. When Dr. Aden examined me, she mirrored the care of a true professional. She made an assessment of my issues, found a problem area on my xray, and made a recommendation to get it fixed. This office accepts NEBRASKA MEDICAID WITH MCNA COVERAGE. If you are in need and might be apprehensive about seeing a dentist-- JUST MAKE THE APPOINTMENT you won't regret it. Unexpected help is always appreciated. Thanks Pony Express Family Dentistry for making it easy. Update: Really glad I took Dr Aden's advice as there was definitely a failed tooth implant.

Dr. Aden is the best dentist I've ever been to. She makes you feel comfortable, and explains things really well. The entire team there is so kind and makes sure you are comfortable. I have terrible dental anxiety and it was a lot for me to come to a dentist but it was obviously necessary. Thank you Dr. Aden and your crew for being so kind and easing my anxiety! :-) I appreciate you all.

Audrey was absolutely amazing! As well was her staff!! Never again will I use another dentist! Audrey even called later that evening to check on me, since I did have my wisdoms and molars removed. That was such an added bonus to the wonderful service. Highly recommend

Made me feel like I was no stranger, it was only my second appointment here. I was even able to bring my 4 month old in awhile they cleaned my teeth. They were very patient with me and helpful with my son. Will definitely continue to come back for cleanings!
