Been here for the past few years with Dr. T and his staff has been good at offering regular preventive services. Unfortunately front-desk staff is very unprofessional: 1.- After discussing with the doctor options for a treatment and the cost with my insurance provider they never reached out with the estimated cost they promised to send me, when I followed up about it they said I'll have to schedule an appointment with the doctor to discuss again and they could get the details, so they never really looked for anything. 2.- When confirming for my regular 6 month appointment I mentioned my insurance provider had changed recently, they looked for it and didn't show up. I asked for what would my options so that I could still get to my appointment, they only offered to reschedule 3 months later. When I mentioned I rather pay out of pocket and figure it out with my insurance later they said they already cancelled my appointment without my confirmation. While Dr. Tieu and his staff is great, the unorganized and unprofessional front-desk staff makes it a really bad experience.

No joke, this place has made me enjoy going to the dentist. Dr Rao is one of the best medical professionals I've had. Smart and confident while also being compassionate and a great communicator. All the other staff members I've interacted with have been super pleasant as well. so glad i live near this place

Dr.T is the best !!! the entire staff and office are like a family and help you out to the fullest . I have never in my life been into a dental office that can help me and ease my dental anxiety. If you have dental anxiety and don't like getting treated like just another person then this is the place to be

I highly appreciated Dr. Tieu and his staff. We were able to connect on my first appointment as if I have been his long-term patient. He was very gentle and careful during the process. He was also very understanding and made sure that the price was affordable. Pondside Dental deserves more customers!
