Dr. Pond was born and raised in the suburbs of New York. Attending USU in Logan made him fall in love with everything Utah has to offer. He married a Utah girl and dragged her off to St. Louis with him to dental school (Washington University). After graduating they moved back and have been here ever since. He has 4 children, 3 grandchildren, a cat and the neediest dog you'll ever encounter.
Dr. Pond has been in practice for over 30 years, is a mentor and lecturer for InnoBioSurg of America Implants as well as a certified Phlebotomist. Dr. Pond continues to expand his knowledge of the dental field and surrounding disciplines, ensuring the best dental care possible. He has completed cases which include bone grafting, sinus lifts, and soft tissue grafting. From single implants to full arch rehabilitation, screw retained to hybrid prosthesis. Dr. Pond is well versed in diagnosis, placement and restoration.
Anna is not only a chair side assistant, she also has certifications as a CNA as well as a Doula. Her level of caring is only surpassed by her easy going manner and sense of humor. She is married with one crazy little boy, two insane dogs, loves Disney and being active outdoors, camping and hiking.
Alicia's spunky personality is a perfect fit with the rest of the office, she's loud and ridiculous in the best possible way. She has one daughter and one dog and loves camping, fishing and being outdoors. Alicia recently graduated with her Associates degree and is excited to be working in the dental field.
Jennikagraduated from Utah College of Dental Hygiene in 2016 and has been a hygienist ever since. Before becoming a hygienist she worked in the medical field as a CNA starting back in 2009. She enjoys working with her patients and has an extremely outgoing and fun personality. Jennika was born and raised in West Jordan, Utah and graduated from West Jordan High School, were she met her husband. She enjoys spending time with her family and the great outdoors.
Rachel, as CEO of a family of four, adds a level of realism to caring for and scheduling around the hectic lives we all live. She also has a firm grasp of the need to work within a family's budget to get the best care for your loved ones. Rachel has two hyper active boys and can usually be found cheering them on at the baseball diamond, football field, basketball court or soccer field.

Worst experience!!! He did my front tooth filling which stayed good for couple of weeks only. Everytime I eat, it goes inside the filling. I went again and he said he fixed it but it was the exact same scenario again. I called them and they were like we suggested you to do cap. In a nutshell, dentist didn't make enough efforts to make patient happy but focused more on making money on expensive procedures. I regret going to this place. Money-minded people. So welcoming and informative, makes going to the dentist a relief. Dr.Pond has a great way of explaining things. The hygienists and office manager have always been the nicest people. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

This place is 5/5. I started going to this place when I was pregnant with my first baby 8 yrs ago. I haven't gone anywhere else! Now, even my children go there. The doctor is always funny and very nice!!! This past weekend I got this bad toothache. I called this morning and the lady at the front desk she could get me within 2 hours. When I got there, the doctor was waiting for me (not even in his office) he was waiting for me at the front desk. I went straight to a room and I felt as if my own dad took care of me. I always felt that Ponds (the whole office) took care of us but this time around was different! They ran the extra mile. They knew I was in pain and they took it seriously. Even though I moved numerous times, I always go to Ponds even if it is out of our way. Thanks so much Ponds office!! From the lady at the front desk (extremely knowledgeable btw) to the dental hygienist). <3 xoxo

If I could I would give a 0 stars. When He did filling on my front tooth He said he couldn't make it look good because of my overbite. Then he charged an outrageous amount for the one filling. Same filling fell out after 2 years. I would not recommend this shoddy dentist.

He is polite and kind if everything is fine financially. I had a problem with a tooth and no dental insurance at the time. Even after being a patient of his for years, he wouldnt work with me at all. He ignored voice messages. He actually even hung up on the phone with me. His PRIORITY is the MONEY he makes and NOT actually HELPING his patients. Worst experience I have EVER had with any person in the medical field. I would never recommend him.

Buyer beware. The dental hygienists are very nice; doctor Pond seems like a nice person as well however I strongly encourage you that you will be taking your chances with choosing to go to Dr. Pond. Your pocketbook will leave hurting as much as your frustration thru the roof with the lack of problem resolution and work integrity that you will experience with this dentist. The dental hygienists are very nice; doctor pond seems like a nice person as well however I strongly advise that you will be taking your chances by going to Dr. Pond for anything outside of a cleaning. I recommend you establish a relationship with a quality dentist in this vast salt lake valley that can provide a full range of services and has quality business practices where the patient matters. You will not find any of these qualities at Dr.Ponds.

I going to the dentist. Who says that? You will when your dentist is Dr. Pond. His staff is so friendly and fun. I love getting to watch a movie while they work. They always remember who I am and I never have to wait long to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Pond's office.

Dr. Pond and his team are amazing. They are putting my teeth together. All my life people would stop me and ask about my teeth. Somehow, they fell apart. Faye Dunaway asked if she could take a picture of my teeth so she could tell her dentist that she wanted teeth like mine. We have begun putting my teeth back to where they were. I am so very happy. Thanks all.!!!!!! I am so blessed
