I am so happy with my experience, I almost wanted to tear after leaving the office because I have been trying several different dental offices and haven't found a doctor that was as genuine sincere and knowledgeable as Dr. Lauren. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful. Rose, Crystal and front desk to Dr Lauren. I finally found an amazing dentist that I will continue to come back to. Thank you I am truly relieved and happy

I can't express how grateful I am for Dr. Salch. I had a bit of an emergency - (crown fell off) and she came to my rescue. She was able to see me outside of normal business hours and fixed me right up! Such a caring & kind doctor! Highly recommend them office ~Bonnie Russo~

Took one of my sons here today, all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The doctor definitely knows how to care for children as well, my son was told everything that was going to be done with kindness and happy tones, all while keeping us parents informed as well. Loved everything about this experience I'm going to bring the rest of the family. Thank you staff and doctor

Dr. Lauren and Dr. Ryan are both knowledgable professionals and caring people. I know we're in good hands with them. They explain procedures in detail and offer recommendations, always respecting our viewpoints and making us feel comfortable. Their employees are great, too - friendly and helpful!

Extremely professional and gentle! Both Dr. Lauren and Dr. Ryan are excellent. They take of my whole family's teeth. Don't fear going to the dentist - make an appointment with them!

My husband and I have been going to Drs. Ryan and Lauren at Pompton Dental Arts for about a decade now, and I can unequivocally say that their practice is, by far, the best dental experience we have had. Prior to our checking out Pompton Dental Arts, we had been going to another dentist who regularly misdiagnosed my mouth with sundry ailments. (I was never certain if it was intentional or accidental--was he looking to complete unnecessary procedures to earn more money, or was he was incompetent? Neither option gave me any confidence in that practice.) Fortunately, however, my friend recommended Drs. Ryan and Lauren, and we have been so glad we made the switch ever since. Their authenticity and honesty juxtaposed radically with my previous experience! Both Ryan and Lauren are concerned with making patients feel comfortable with every procedure: They will explain their findings, options on how best to proceed, and give alternative providers when they feel a specialist is needed--which was incredible after my other dental provider who would regularly suggest he do specialized procedures that, realistically, he was unqualified to perform (e.g. root canal or wisdom tooth extraction). They are gentle and kind... even when I don't floss as often as I ought, I don't feel berated. The practice overall is fantastic, too: The staff is friendly, the dental hygienists are thorough, and the facilities are clean. I truly cannot recommend Drs. Ryan and Lauren at Pompton Dental Arts more highly.

Wonderful staff wonderful dentists kind patient I am the biggest baby around when it comes to dentists they are so patient kind and considerate make me feel very at comfortable. And the office staff so helpful and polite . Like seeing family. Love this office

Dr. Ryan and Dr. Lauren are simply the very best. They are both extremely gentle and have a caring, precise hand. Every visit is always extremely thorough. The entire staff is highly skilled in their field and the facility is spotless. I highly recommend Pompton Dental Arts to anyone seeking professional dental attention.

I live in nj..and have been going to this dentist office for a while now. I move to south Carolina for 3 yrs a while ago and no one else will ever touch my teeth besides them. When I came to visit I made sure to make apts around the time I'd visit home. I love the doctors and staff. They are really friendly and super nice to even have a cHat with.. They are really memorable which makes me feel welcomed. They fix my whole family's teeth as well. When I moved back to nj .. I finished my teeth fixing and now starting to do invisalign. So far with just how well they made me feel comfortable with the financial situation and the process in general . I cant wait to get started. I love this dentistry and would always tell people to go there when they are looking for recommendations.

Dr. Ryan took care of me about 10 years ago and is very gentle. My fillings are very comfortable and I haven't had any issues with my teeth since. The cleanings by the hygienists are very thorough and gentle as well.
