Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

Personally I love this office, after my brother recommended them to me and finally had 4 of wisdom tooth removed and healed great and I recently got a deep cleanse 2 days ago and now I feel great. Thank you Anna!

Amazing, caring team! I went in for a dental emergency appointment and everyone was welcoming from the front office, doctor and assistants. They took care of me same day and made me feel at ease thru out the entire treatment. I'll be back! Thank you so very much.

Even as an adult it's still very nerve wrecking to go to the dentist, so finding a good dentist was extremely important to me. Every time I come in I always get greeted with the warmest welcome. Miguel goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I see Dr Awad. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains my procedures with so much detail. He keeps Communication with me during my visit, so that I'm at ease. I look forward to my following visits.

I came here yesterday to get a tooth extraction for my wisdom tooth. It did not go as well as I had hoped. First I thought I was getting my tooth extracted by an oral surgeon and that was not the case. My tooth was extracted by a dentist instead which I found odd but didn't question it (my mistake). I was In the office over 1 hour with them trying to pull my teeth and using multiple tools to try to get it out. In the end an X-ray was taken and it was found this needed to be done by an oral surgeon. Why wouldn't I told this before? So I felt I wasted my time with a dentist who's not an oral surgeon try to do something that was out of his jurisdiction. I woke up the next day in extreme pain and they couldn't get me an oral surgeon until 2 weeks later. I was referred to a specialist who found a surgeon who could take me same day but advised the surgeon leaves at 11 and had scheduled my appointment for 10 (without my consent). I ended up finding my own oral surgeon who I feel would not be rushing on time and would take care of me. If anyone needs a good oral surgeon and oral surgery place, please check out inland empire oral surgeons. They have 4 locations in Glendora, Redlands, upland and rancho. This is where I had my tooth extracted and my experience was amazing.

I've been going to Pomona Dentistry for 3 years now and all the doctors are great. I've been seen mostly by Dr. Awad and Dr. Eng and I truly appreciate their friendly and professional demeanors. It's a pleasant and welcoming experience whenever I go. The office staff is pretty great too. Friendly and professional is what you get here all around.

They took out the wrong tooth.. So i was supposed to get a upper molar removed and for some reason they took out my wisdom teeth. Which makes the process of getting my braces off longer because those were not even the teeth that were supposed to come out. How in the world do you not see the paper that says molar, not wisdom teeth?

The reviews are fake and that is how they get people coming over. Their promotion adv is fake too. Pay cash and get free electric tooth brush. I haven't seen it for a year. they still own me two tooth brush. When you ask them, they first find excuse and later said they don't have this promotion. After you are questing them, they will never response your email and phone call. I filed complaint to the company 3 times but never ever have anyone return my call regarding the complaint. People there are lairs, they will not do what they promise and always ask you to do some cleaning and exam that you don't need to. Waste my time and money. Worst experiment.

Pomona Dentistry is the answer to my prayers after having had so many negative experiences related to dentistry throughout my life. They deliver affordable, quality care in the utmost professional manner, in a clean and peaceful setting. Dr. Awad addresses my concerns with respect and with clear explanations and never makes me feel pressured into accepting any proposed treatments. I aapreciate that the staff takes a team approach with me as we discuss my goals of care and how to reach them. The entire staff at this office is amazing and their business practices are completely transparent. Love, love, love! This is the first time in my life I actually look forward to going to the dentist. If you are in search of a new dental team you owe it to yourself to visit Pomona Dentistry. If I could give them more stars I would!

I think I found the perfect dentist. Let me tell you my story: I am from Virginia, but was temporarily posted to Pomona by the Federal government. While here I cracked a molar, but booked an appointment with Pomona Dentistry within a week. My visit was excellent, with x-rays and the work preparing my molar for a crown was done that day. Unfortunately the temporary crown fell off that night, but they got me back in the next day and replaced it. I had an appointment two weeks later for placement of the final crown, but my deployment was cut short unexpectedly. I thought I would have to have the crown sent back to Virginia and have my dentist at home put it in place, but they were able to get the crown delivered and put on within 24 hours. I can now go home with the dental work complete. And they were always so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. If only all dentists were like Pomona Dentistry.

My 1:00 p.m appointment turned into 1:45 minute wait after they took me to the back, I think they forgot about me or mistaked my appointment with my husband and took him first. When I asked them what took so long all she said I'm sorry. I had been there before and it was a lot more quicker than this.
