Worst place ever. I was in pain the whole time due to the negligence of the dentist. She used the wrong (cheaper) novacaine, tho I was yelled at and at fault. The fees they charge are ridicules and are not needed or covered by my insurance.

I made a review awhile back for this place because they push it on you for a discount, and I was excited to get my oral hygiene in check and after going to another dentist they did my my scaling and root planing for each toothin my first visit polo dental only took X-rays each time I went and I never received any type of cleaning and it went on for years maybe i wouldn't have to need as much work done if they weren't so crooked always get a second opinion don't just stick to the same one every six months this place obviously didn't care about my dental hygiene!!!

Competent, courteous, and fairly priced service. I was in on time, out with a better mouthful of teeth, and covered by my insurance. No unexpected charges, nice people, solid dentistry and, in my case, periodontics. Refreshing to be able to give a provider 5 stars these days.

I wish I could give this company a zero star they are unprofessional and tacky not sure why they are still in business. Their staff in the front is horrible especially the guy who takes appointment he is the worst I would not want him to be the face of my company.

This dentist is a scam. Was told by my insurance company I was entitled to a free cleaning and Polo Dental was under the plan. I made an appointment for a free cleaning and they charged me $190 without ever telling me about any other cost. They said they had to do an "upgraded" cleaning. This is a total scam people. Don't use this dentist. They are misleading and do what they want. Despite talking to the front desk multiple times when making & confirming the appointment that is was for a free cleaning, they didn't do that. And they don't care about you.
