Megan has been practicing dental hygiene since 2010. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Megan has spent most of her adult life in Mississippi, but has strong roots in East Texas where she grew up. Megan's passion is spending quality time with each of her patients and providing them with the best care possible. She loves listening to them and takes advantage of every moment she has with them. Megan and Dr. Jim Polles have three beautiful boys. They love spending time together outdoors, hunting, fishing, watching and playing sports, and just being a family together. They have a lab named Ripp that they adore as well.
Kati is one of our talented and skilled hygienists. She has been practicing for twelve years. She is a wonderful addition to our dental practice. Kati resides in Rankin County and plans to raise her family there. Hunting, fishing, and sports are her passion. The fall season is always an exciting time for her due to upcoming sports, bonfires and cooler weather. Kati loves to listen to each and every one of her patients and make them feel special at Polles Dental.
Lacee joined Dr. Polles' team in 2021. After growing up in Purvis she graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Psychology. She has worked in office administration for over five years and prides herself on providing a welcoming and helpful environment. She moved to the Jackson Metro area in 2018 and she now lives in Flowood with her husband, their dog, cats and fish! During her time off Lacee enjoys the outdoors, fashion, makeup, and singing.
Maggie joined our growing practice in April of 2018. She has worked in dentistry for over eighteen years. Maggie grew up in Rankin County and has lived there her entire life. She is now raising her family in the same community. She is very much involved in her children's activities. She has also worked as a dental assistant and has worked as an office administrator. Billing is also one of her specialties. Maggie is competent in many areas of our dental practice at Polles Dental and always happy to greet patients with a smile.
Dr. Jim Polles DMD provides the best evidence-based dentistry throughout this area of Mississippi. He graduated from the University of MS Dental School in 1998 and completed his postgraduate training at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.
When he completed his postgraduate training, he maintained his dental practice and served as a full-time faculty instructor in the General Practice Residency program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
When he lived in Knoxville, TN, he owned and operated the Knoxville Centre for Advanced Dentistry. He decided to sell his practice and come home to Mississippi to be closer to his friends and family shortly afterwards.
He has studied at prestigious programs such as the Dawson Center and the Las Vegas Institute during his career. He 's been featured on television and has been selected as one of 'America 's Top Dentists.'
Pictured is Dr. Jim Polles, his wife Megan, and their three boys, Sam, Jack, and John. Dr. Polles and his family love the outdoors, sports, hunting and fishing. They are members of Madison Heights Presbyterian Church.

Do not recommend they charge you for service that you didn't receive!They thought I was sedated and I heard them state a price but was different when made it to counter I repeated what I heard and the receptionist replied oh you heard that!Received fillings that had to be corrected 3times within months time!

Dr. Polles along with all his hygienists and staff are great. Dr. Polles shows genuine concern and commitment to addressing any issue I may have and always gives thorough and detailed care. I highly recommend.

WOW, just WOW!! These people are amazing and the procedure that I had done was by far the best that I've ever received. I'm giving them 5 stars because of the quick treatment and informative staff. I would definitely recommend as well as use them again!! Wonderful workers that genuinely care. I would just like to tell them THANK YOU.

Not a lot of people can say they actually like going to the dentist, but the people at Polles feel like family! My family and I have been going for years, and i know they care for every one of their patients. The staff is friendly, and every appointment is thorough, and time efficient. Overall a great dental and orthodontic clinic :)

I've been going to Dr. Polles for over 10 years now, and have enjoyed every visit! The staff is super friendly and patient, and each one of them makes an effort to establish healthy patient relationships. Wait times are short, office is nicely decorated with 2 large saltwater aquariums, and office staff are very good about appointment reminders! Highly recommend if you are looking to establish dental care in the future.

Dr. P and his staff are awesome! They upgraded my smile by replacing my front two (12 year old) implants with glistening new teeth and repairing a nearby tooth that looked old and discolored from the original damage. He gave me a brand new smile and his dental assistants are all fantastic! Thanks!!!
