Dr. Jill Pollard grew up in Northwest Portland. She received a BA in Psychology from the University of Redlands, and a BS in General Science from University of Oregon, before attending Oregon Health and Science University for dental school. After graduating she moved to southern New Mexico, where she practiced as the only dentist in a rural public health clinic for 3 years.
She has now returned to Portland, and is proud to have joined her dad in delivering quality dental care to their patients. In her free time Dr. Pollard loves to be outside and explore new places with her fiance, Rich, as well as relax at home with their pets. Dr. Pollard is a member of the Oregon Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Tom Pollard was raised in Junction City, OR. He attended the University of Oregon receiving a degree in Biology. He then attended University of Oregon Dental School (now OHSU) for his dental training. Dr. Pollard completed a general practice residency at William Beaumont Hospital in El Paso, TX, and served as an Officer in the Army Dental Corp at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. After returning to Oregon in 1977 he obtained his current practice.
Dr. Pollard is a member of the Oregon Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the International College of Dentists, the American College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He has served as president of both Oregon Dental Association and the Multnomah County Dental Society, and has served on the Boards of several dental-related organizations. He has been honored with the Oregon Dentist of the Year Award from the Oregon Academy of General Dentistry in 2015, and with the Tom Tucker Humanitarian Award from the Oregon Dental Association in 2018. He is a regular participant in the Oregon Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile charitable events.In his free time, Dr. Pollard enjoys cooking, home projects, a good glass of wine, and time with his wife, Connie, and their two dogs.

Painless, well, maybe except for some of his sillier jokes. I love this man and his expertise. Trust me on this one: I look forward to the fun of going to the dentist. How many people can say that?

Was referred here by a dear friend. Dr. Pollard is excellent. His staff is friendly, skilled and very pleasant. I have been going here for about 8 years now and look forward to my visits. Dr. P and his staff engage in funny banter and hi-jinks that makes it almost a pleasure to get work done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. P & Co.

I have been going to Dr. Pollard for over 30 years. I have always received the best care money or insurance can buy. Never any needless processes. I should know since my brother is a practicing Orthodontist in Calif. The staff also has a great sense of humor, which is entertaining to say the least. Actually look forward to going to the dentist for just the entertainment value.
