Not very good communication. I scheduled an appointment about a month ago, and the same day that I made the appointment I called back to cancel during office hours (I had found a different dentist that could see me sooner). I was unable to get in contact with a receptionist because the line was busy, so I left a voicemail cancelling my appointment. I received a text message this week that was wanting me to confirm my appointment. I tried calling as soon as I saw the text because there is a $50 charge if you fail to cancel an appointment within 24 hours. Again, I called during office hours and the line went straight to voicemail so I left a message about how I had cancelled my appointment a month ago (or so I had tried to). I have now called numerous more times during the office hours and no one has gotten back to me...

Pollard family dentistry was the most horrifying experience of my life! I would not recommend anyone to go to them. There lack of professionalism and very poor dentistry. They showed no empathy by removing all my teeth and leaving me with nothing for 6 weeks. Once I got my teeth they were WAY to big and would fall out once I put them in. I would recommend not going there if you would like nice dentures.

Dr. Pollard and the rest of his staff are prompt, skilled and comforting - they tell you exactly what's going to happen, what to expect, what to do, and ultimately the best office I've ever had the pleasure of doing a cleaning and extraction with. I look forward to the next cleaning in 6!

I have to say i am baffled to see all these high ratings. My own experience has been awful. My son just had three teeth pulled and the entire staff was amazing from start to finish! Dr. Pollard was so good at letting my nervous 14 yr old know exactly what he was going to be doing and explained how important after care is. Trevor the dental assistant was so pleasant and made us both feel at ease! Highly recommend Pollard Dentistry!! Thank you!

The staff is great but the lab they use for dentures is awful. The extraction process went smoothly. The ladies were comforting and compassionate. I just cant recommend the lab they use.
