Clayton Cook was born and raised in Cache Valley, Utah, and comes from a large family he is the 5th of 6 children. Growing up, Dr. Cook spent many hours in his fathers podiatry office cleaning rooms, stocking cupboards, and when his dad wasnt looking playing with equipment. Consequently, Dr. Cook discovered his fascination with the medical world at a very young age.
Dr. Cook met his best friend, Kallee, now his wife, in 9th grade. After graduating from high school, he worked in the Dallas area for a short time and fell in love with Texas. He left Texas to serve a Christian mission in Hiroshima, Japan. Shortly after returning, he married his wife, and theyve been married for 8 years and have 4 beautiful children.
In his spare time, Dr. Cook enjoys hiking, playing sports of all kinds, reading, challenging his wife to a game of scrabble, and giving his kids Wild Buckin Bronco rides in the familys front room. Hes always wanted to make it back to Texas and is so excited to be in Fort Worth.

First visit for my husband and I. Greeted by Shelly who was very friendly & helpful. Even better, was called right away by hygienist, Ashley. She was great! Friendly, super nice and did a great job taking x-rays and cleaning. Had to have a procedure that I was not planning, but Ashley & Dr. found a problem that my previous dentist did not catch. Dr. Cook and Zoe were awesome during my procedure, even though I was super nervous, they both were very calm and reassuring throughout. No pain, piece of cake! Everyone was professional, friendly and caring. So glad we chose this practice for our dental needs. We highly recommend them.

My children and I have been patients here for the last 6 years. We love it here (as much as you can love a dentist, lol). Everyone is very friendly and they were so patient in answering all questions and they provide high quality care. And, honestly, my kids say they have the best prize toys of any doctors office we've every visited! They can pick from a drawer of things. They actually look forward to the dentist!
