Dr. Charles Bond began his educational journey at Virginia Tech where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Theatre and Cinema Arts. After graduation, he attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. He continued his education with three additional years of training in Orthodontics at the University at Buffalo. Dr. Bond is ecstatic to be in Chicago and looks forward to making your orthodontic experience comfortable, pleasant, and one you will remember.

Dr Desai was very accommodating with my dental emergency, and has always done so in the past. I always appreciate the level of attention and promptness of service that has been provided. Front office staff is great too, and they take health and safety very seriously here.

I had my cleaning with Iris and she was amazing! The staff there was very helpful when explaining my insurance benefits to me, they were all very kind and so welcoming. I recommend everybody come here :)

This office is not to be trusted. They are a money first, patient second organization. Recommended unessential services that I was hesitant to to do, but decided to do it because I was told it was covered by my insurance. They did not tell me for almost 2 years that my insurance was refusing to cover it...because they were "working with my insurance company" So I had to pay out of pocket for almost 2 years of unnecessary services. And did not find any of this out until I was handed an invoice for over $500. They took advantage of my otherwise great dental insurance.

I came here to get a quote for adult braces, because I know they are expensive, and you can only save so much money with a FSA account at work. I got quotes from a handful of dentists with the best ratings on Google around the Lakeview neighborhood. These guys were almost $1,000 dollars higher than everybody else! What's worse, is that they tried to nickel and dime their patients. Inside the practice they had a sign that said they were charging an extra $10 to every patient for every visit due to COVID. Everyone is struggling during this time, and I get it. But Dentists are among the highest paid occupations in this country -- so it's tough to see them nickel and dime people at a time like this.

Hello, I can't say enough praise for Dr. Trupti Desai, her staff, and her assistant Joe. I went there today due to bridge pain and Dr. Desai took such great care in explaining what needed to be done and also to make sure I was comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work but i have to say that I never feel uneasy coming to Polished and being a patient of Dr. Desai. That means so much to me and I so glad she is my dentist. I highly recommend Dr Desai and Polished!

I came here about 8 months ago, and just realized that I should have written this review shortly after as a cautionary tale for other patients. I'd just moved up to the neighborhood and was looking for a dentist, and visited Polished. After a checkup and x-rays they quoted me as needing 2-3 crowns and another 2 fillings. I take good care of my teeth, and had my last checkup less than a year previously. It was also a poor sign that they were not interested in explaining the x-rays to me; they simply provided me the plan and then slid to the topic of payment for the multi-thousand dollar bill. Went for a second opinion at a smaller shop, and while Polished dragged their feet in sharing the x-rays they'd taken, the new dentist eventually received them and informed me that I needed maybe one crown and one filling. Perhaps the whole dental industry inflates their quotes to wring more money out of consumers. Perhaps my teeth were a lot worse than the second dentist was willing to admit (though in the year since I've never experienced any discomfort or sensitivity). But in any case, Polished treated me like a cash cow and I'd caution any future patients to get a second opinion.

Dr Kevin Wiseman and staff exceeded expectations through my Invisalign treatment. I do recommend researching Invisalign treatments a bit on your own to understand the day to day commitment, but they do an amazing job! My visit with them after treatment was amazing, and it's obviously Dr Wiseman takes pride in his work and makes sure it's perfection.

I feel very strongly about how good this place is. They are competent, considerate, and very straightforward. I am not one to write reviews about everything and my experience with this dentistry practice has been outstanding for several years now. I recommend them to others unequivocally and without hesitation.
