Great office staff. However, long wait times. The dental office doesn't have parking in the building lot. Metered parking in the lot across the street is $1/hour.

Went in today for a cleaning first of all, the receptionist doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in. She was on the phone I guess talking to someone and I was waiting to be checked in mind you I was standing and waiting for her to finish. Not even a greeting good morning how are you just said hi. Also the dentist only took a minute or less to brush my teeth and walked away. He took my X-rays and said you're done without telling me what date to come back just said I'll see you in January because I have 2 big cavities on both sides. Anyways I'll be switching my dentist because I don't like how he doesn't put enough attention on cleaning my teeth and I don't like the receptionist's attitude. UPDATE: after I left the first review he got nasty with me and told me I could find another dentist After this I called my insurance and I found an even better dentist. People save ur money and time everyone else has the same experience with this guy. He's bad news.

I came to see Dr. Polinsky about a chipped tooth which was causing me great pain, especially when eating. Dr. Polinsky helped me decide that an extraction was probably the right course of action, then handed me the names of some local oral surgeons. All well and good. But when I asked Dr. Polinsky if there was anything I could do until I could see an oral surgeon, he said no and sent me on my way. He wouldn't temporarily fill the chip, prescribe any medication or at least suggest some at home remedies. As one who has practiced dentistry for so long, he must be aware of the agony a chipped tooth with an exposed nerve can cause. Yet he made no attempt to relieve my suffering. Very disappointed, do not plan to return.

Dr. Polinsky is amazing! Kind and gentle and a great dentist. He absolutely changed my life after 2years in pandemic I lost almost all my front teeth! I have a denture right now And I'm finally able to smile again and not wearing my mask to cover my mouth! He's a really good guy, and so far the best dentist I've ever had!

Dr. Polinsky explains what procedure he is about to do. He is respectful and does an excellent job. My husband and I have been using him for over ten years and are very happy he is our dentist.

Worst experience ever! He did a "cleaning in less than 5 min. No flushing, he didn't check for cavities and only did x-rays because I told him to! There's no dental assistant or hygienist. Only the receptionist and the dr who did everything and couldn't even do a good job. I called my insurance company to let them now I wanted to change my dentist because Im pretty sure I need a second cleaning, and they were just making it so difficult! They wouldn't even refund the money to my insurance. Now I have to wait 6 months to get another cleaning or pay out of pocket. Please! save yourself the headache and go to another dentist.

Dr. Polinski is my new dentist since my last Dentist is no longer practicing, due to COVID 19. As being 63, my teeth have had extensive work that has be deteriorating. I am so fortunate because he is consulting with me and a marvelous oral surgeon in exploring various options to address my entire mouth once and for all. Finally, a strategy. Finally I can look forward to a day in the near future, that chewing will be without though and fear. I am so grateful and thankful, Dr Polinski is in my life.

Dr Polinsky is friendly, easy going and a pleasure to be around. I never liked going to the dentist but I can honestly say I don't mind going to see him at all. He is very knowledgeable and makes the entire process feel fast and painless. I would highly recommend using him if you're looking for a great dentist.

I usually do not do this, but the experience with this so called medical professional was so horrible I have to. I should have known when I got a bad vibe when making an appointment and then walking into the dingy office. No dental hygienist - or if there is one, never saw him/her. The chair was filthy, dentist comes in and asks why I'm there. Really - then proceeds to tell me I will need caps on all my teeth based on xrays that were sent. I should not have let him look in my mouth , but I did. Before I know it he was cleaning them without polish, no warning of what he was going to do, no flossing, no checking for cavities. My mouth ached and tasted like metal for hours. He was condescending and nasty. And from what I'm seeing, others have experienced his unprofessionalism as well. Avoid this person.

I've never gone to a dentist that didn't floss as a process of cleaning. Cleaning and x-ray took less than 10 minutes and was not thorough AT ALL! There was no hygienist so dentist did all of it. My commute was longer than the visit itself! Will not be returning.
