In 2000, she purchased and renovated a prominent and historic building on the corner of Ulster Avenue and Market Street, in the historic village of Saugerties. This move allowed the group to expand, create a soothing, relaxing environment, and ensure the space allowed for maintaining state-of-the-art equipment in their facility since their opening in 2002.
Dr. Farah Polaski, or as her patients know her, Dr. Farah, graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Growing up in New York City, Dr. Farah attended the prestigious Bronx High School of Science, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Columbia University. She decided to continue her study of dental hygiene by becoming a dentist.
Dr. Frances Conde has been practicing General Dentistry for over 25 years. She is a graduate from New Jersey Dental School, where she also did advanced residency training, in an AEGD program. She keeps up-to-date in the field and more recently completed the Maxi Implantology course.
Dr. Conde enjoys providing the best care for her patients. She lived and practiced in Europe for several years, working for the US Armed forces; she enjoys traveling, including as volunteer dentist in Central and South America where her Spanish speaking was a great benefit to her patients.
We take great pride in knowing we have a dedicated, knowledgeable and caring staff. Our hygienists, dental assistants, and front desk staff are ready to assist or care for you as needed. Our staff is also local to the area, and are all highly qualified, with the entire office keeping up with annual state-mandated continuing education courses. Our two dental hygienists have over 25 years of combined experience.

Dr. Polaski herself is a consummate professional. Her dental hygienist is exceptional & her oral surgery assistant is friendly and funny with great advice. The best! Forget Aspen.... Walking in was inviting and settling. There's even a free Pac man game machine (I didn't play as I was in in pain). Walking out was just as pleasing. The billing/insurance/scheduling woman is friendly, polite, easy going Dr. Polaski went the extra for me & she runs a fair but tight ship. I left pain free with a plan. Love this place.

Was referred by one of my clients to this practice. They were very nice and accommodating. I needed to have a tooth pulled and lidocaine doesn't work well on me and it took extra time for it to work. Not once was I rushed, they were very patient and kind to me. I hate the dentist to begin with but I really needed to get this tooth taken care of. The procedure went smooth and even made sure I was ok to leave not just here's some gauze see you later. The price was way lower than anyone else's and I had to pay out of pocket because my insurance wouldn't cover a extraction yet and I couldn't wait a year. I would recommend this dentist to any of my friends and family. Thank you again Dr. Polaski for taking good care of me.

This place doesn't care about their patients. There are many other dentists to choose from in the Hudson Valley and they are much better. I would avoid this place at all cost.

We have been going to Farrah for several years and have started bringing our kids (6,8) too. She does good work and is fair about the expected outcomes. Our kids enjoy going to her and we love not having to drive to Albany for a pediatric dentist!

Horrible. While the front desk staff were helpful and efficient, the nurse pulled me into the back after I said I couldnt afford their rates, dropped one rate and upped the rest of the procedures compared to what Id been quote and then had the audacity to try and charge me for less than five minutes of conversation when I continued to inform them I couldnt afford their rates. When bullying doesnt work to get someone to agree to procedures you grab for the change in their pockets? For shame.
