Dr. Jaclyn M Winner graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Winner received her undergraduate degree with honors in 2005 from Bowling Green State University in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She also has two years of extensive research experience in tooth color discrimination and in oral cancer through the Head and Neck Cancer Clinic at OSU.
Dr. Winner enjoys spending her free time with her family. She has been married for six years to her husband Steve, and they have two small children, Penelope and Benjamin. She also enjoys baking, yoga, and crafting.
Dr. Winner is passionate about community outreach as well as environmental conservation. She and her family support Nationwide Childrens hospital, the Special Olympics, the Salvation Army, and People in Need, Inc of Delaware County through various events and fundraising.
Polaris Family Dental offers CareCredit to make effective dental treatment accessible and affordable for all patients. We accept most insurance plans and payment in the form of cash, credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard), and check. We are unable to accept Care Source, Medicaid, or Medicare.

My crown came loose on a Saturday, I called the Polaris Family Dental emergency line and received a follow-up within minutes. The staff scheduled me for first thing on Monday morning. Taylor and Dr. Hernandez were helpful, thorough and friendly - as were Leslie and the front desk staff. I am very appreciative of the support and care provided by Polaris Family Dental.

Got me in ASAP! Infected loose molar needed to be pulled. Very professional staff, made clear the process and cost up front. When the procedure was completed, I was pleasantly surprised the bill was reduced because the procedure went so smoothly!

I am allergic to animals and was appalled to see a dog in the office. I was told the dog was in training to be a "comfort animal". I guess patients like me with allergies are not even considered.

Love this office. Staff is very nice. We have been going here for several years now. Talked my husband into changing over too and he is happy he did. They even have an emotional support puppy in training. Billing is always on point as we have dual ins. And they do have several days with after 5pm hours.

Had a tooth pulled and the process was quick, and painless concidering my procedure. I couldn't have asked for a better staff group! Friendly, thorough and absolutely an amazing group of professionals! Highly recommend!!!
