I told Dr.Ian Sturn today that I am on the spectrum and I needed nitrous for my tooth extraction.. He then told me they do not have it in the office AFTER the X-ray and we went into the other room. I was shot with the numbing medication 5 times and was so uncomfortable and he said "do I need to refer you out to be put under" in a rude tone which made me super uneasy and nervous and I started to cry. My face was soaked with tears, he didn't even offer a tissue until I asked. It was as if he was annoyed that I was still in pain. He didn't even tell me what was wrong with my other tooth that I also came in for until I asked "So.. what about the other tooth"? The pain was so intense as if he didn't even know how to do extractions with the crazy pulling and tugging. The pain shot up to my ears and spread to my other teeth. Absolutely no bedside manner. If you have any neurological issues such as a sensory disorder please BEWARE. I was then referred to an oral surgeon and that they would call for me. I went to check out and the lady working at the front desk says "um yea, dey not answerin so u gun hav 2 call em". Keep in mind at this point I'm still shaken up and in pain. This visit occurred 6/8/2022.

Dr.Sturn is a good dentist. The man is fast, quick, and works hard. The pricing is very good ,and I have nothing to say but praise.

Dr. Stern has been our familys dentist for 15+ years. I wouldn't go anywhere els. I usually hate going to the dentist ,but at his office i know I'm taken care of.

The Dentist answered the phone an hour before they opened and scheduled me for an emergency appointment that morning! I was scared and in pain. The Dentist instantly made me feel comfortable and few minutes later I felt no pain. This is the first Dentist that I did not feel ashamed of my teeth.

Dr. Stern has been our familys dentist for 15+ years. I wouldn't go anywhere els. I usually hate going to the dentist ,but at his office i know I'm taken care of.

Painless root canal and filling. Same day treatment as well. Very caring and intelligent, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

The dentist I have never seen , the prices are fair., the office is clean and great customer services, the care is professional, the dentist is so sweet and care about her patients. I recommend them.

Dr. Ian Sturn is a friendly guy , with a fun personality. He did a crown for me and it turned out great.

I had to have a root canal recently and I was terrified. But Dr. Sturn took good care of me and had a personality that set me at ease. The price wasn't too bad either

BEWARE!!!!!! The alleged Dr.Ian Sturn is questionable. I went in to have a back tooth extracted and it was the Most horrible experience in my life. This place is not clean, and Dr.Sturn is unprofessional. Dr.Sturn tried to snatch my tooth out like a mad man. The tooth would not bulge. Dr.Sturn failed to examine my mouth prior to sticking me with a needle and filling me up with novican. Dr.Sturn was running back and forth between me and another patient. RUSHING, he was already 30 minutes behind with me and he did not want to answer any medical/ dental questions or concerns I had. During the snatch and pull routine he was performing on my tooth. I was telling him it hurt. He became angry and threw his tools down stating, let me shoot you again, I'll be back.He stuck me 5 times total and still no movement from my tooth. Scared and shocked at his behavior. I asked do you think it has to come out surgerically. He grabbed mouth and proceeded to pull and and twist with all his strength. The pain was so intense. I was so scared I couldn't even cry , my thoughts were to just get away from this barbaric human. I moaned stop stop it hurts. Dr.Sturn was livid he throw down his tools and leaped from his chair stating, I 'll write you a referral. My tooth was bleeding and a few chips of tooth was still in my mouth. Dr.Sturn did not rinse my mouth nor check my tooth for any loose enamel. I got my referral and left in pain with blood draining from my tooth. I would Never recommend this dentist. Stay away. After this tramauctic experience with Dr.Sturn. I researched him there is not public information about his credentials. No photos of him no diploma no his walls and, the office is set up for a quick getaway. BE CAREFUL if you deal with this person. I have never heard of an African American with the lady name Sturn.Do your research.

Dr.Sturn was very nice and patient. His assistant wasn't able to take my x-ray because my mouth south not close or I kept gagging so he volunteered to do it himself. When Dr. Sturn looked in my mouth he asked if I wanted my teeth pulled the same day? I said yes. As soon as he pulled my infected teeth out I felt to much relief. I WILL be referring people to Dr.Sturn and I will be returning myself

I had a terrible toothache all through the weekend and spent the weekend in misery. I called this office first thing Monday morning (9am) and I was able to get in right away (10am) and was out the door by 11am. From the front office staff to the dentist everyone was wonderful and kind. I'm usually terrified of needles and the dentist but I was very happy with my care here. I came in for a molar extraction, even though the dentist told me it could be saved with a root canal he didn't fight me when I asked for it to just be taken out. I will definitely continue coming here for any dental work needed and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
