Went in with my 8yr old son for his scheduled appointment when they called him back I went to go with him when they told me "no he goes back by himself." what kinda hickory is this? My son has only met this dentist one other time. He did not feel safe! I explained that to the dentist and she did not care. She then said there was a policy in place to allow her to take kids back without their parents. I never received or signed this policy. I told her that and she didn't care. I will NEVER come back!

The staff was extremely unprofessional for starters the women who answered the phone told me due to their POLICY of missing appointments (which was NEVER mentioned when scheduling)my child was longer welcomed in their office EVER. I spoke with her boss Kim who was beyond belief rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me the full name of the office as I was given a referral from my child's doctor and only had the phone number. I would like to write a formal letter or speak with someone who is not going to deny me Information that should be given!if anyone has please share

Absolutely love getting my teeth done and nurtured at this location, the only thing that annoys me is the removal of the mario soccer video game on the consoles, it was an absolute pleasure to play.

Would give them zero stars. They claimed you can't be 17 to go here unless you started going there when you were younger.

After months of looking for the right dentist for my son and going thru 2 other dentist consultation. I finally found the right one. They were amazing with him, my son is on the spectrum and has bad anxiety when any one has gloves or a mask.He also has special medical requirements when it comes to any procedure. The last 2 consult I had with other dentist he yelled bloody murder the whole time! It was horrible, and traumatizing for both of us, we both left crying! they could not get a cleaning they were barely able to peak in his mouth, and truthfully they were just not patient or playfull at all with him and immediately told me he needed to be put under anestsia to do anything. The staff and Dr. Brannan were all amazing, they were empathetic and tried to work with him, they were only able to get one top x ray but it was better than any other place ( I don't expect miracles either) but they at least tried. After talking to Dr. Brennan, I know they have his best interest in mind. She even recommend to take him in more than just every 6 months so that he can become familiar with them and hopefully be more comfortable for future appts and not have to be put under for a simple cleaning. The almost 2 hour drive was worth it. I would go there every month if need if it will help him get over this anxiety and fear. Theres nothing like looking into your Childs eyes while they yell full of fear asking you for help . The fear is so real to them and you are helpless. I am so grateful that I found them and that they are willing to work with my son.

Everyone's nice here. Only downside is the $4 parking :( Tv's on the ceilings for the patients, a play area and movie in the waiting area. Toys for the patients afterwards. I wish adults could go here. It's very inviting, not, at all, a scary atmosphere for the kids.

Dr.Shay Brannan and her team is AMAZING. My girls have been going to see her for a some years now. Her approach to children is wonderful. She talk to them in such a calming way. Today one of my girls had to have some baby teeth pulled and my nerves was shot. She made this visit very calming for the both of us. I was waiting for the moment my 10 year old would jump out the chair and this did not happen. Dr. Brannan took her time with may daughter. Throughout the whole process she kept her calm and gave her so many praises for doing so well along the way. She even let her know at the end how brave she was and how proud of her she was. I would recommend this dentist to all with children. Thanks Dr. Brannan for being so awesome.
