At first appearance I was comfortable. The more I've been a patient, it appears different strokes for different folks. Every time I went in my balance had to be paid in full, never was I offered a payment plan, until I overheard it being offered to another client. I then asked, why wasn't I ever offer. She reluctantly explained it to me. I then asked, if my services I had done would go under the plan. She said not this time, maybe next time???? Next time, same scenario. I now know that certain type of people do and some don't. This is why it's not placed where ever has assess to view the offer. I just wanted fair treatment. The receptor hat handles the billing is the gatekeeper. She decided what you pay whether it's fair or not. It's not! Go elsewhere, I have

I have been going to Dr. Duggan and Dr. Castle for 30+ years. The practice has been sold and they are rude and horrible. I received a letter saying they haven't seen me in a while. If I needed financial help to call. Well I am unemployed and have no dental insurance. So I called. They said $250 for a cleaning or they offered 2 plans that cost between $350&$450. I don't have $250 for a cleaning, so how could I purchase a plan?!?. I ask for a discount or a payment plan and was told no. Do not go here. Other reviews state inaccurate diagnosis, no estimate for treatment and then large bills. Forget this place. Since there aren't any zeros, I give them a 1.

I'm giving Dr. Brown a big ole compliment. She was extremely professional, pleasant, and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She actually removed a peice of cement that the previous dentist left from two cleanings prior. That really confirmed I was in the right place to receive great care. As a patient who has other health issues going ones, this office environment was so ideal that my social anxiety didn't even act up. See yall in six months

I went to Dr. Duggan for over 30 years, continuing long after I moved away from Bowie because I loved the practice. She retired and sold the practice. I noticed administrative changes I didn't like, but thought the new mgmt needed time to settle in. Today, I needed to make a short-notice change to an appointment and was informed that I would be charged $50. In the 30 years of going to this practice I never missed an appointment. I advised the staff that they could either change my appointment w/o charge or send me a medical records release form and I would find a new dentist. They chose to send me the records release form. I wish these folks well and best wishes for better management. They are going to need it.

Dr. Duggan was my dentist since childhood. Unfortunately, she sold the practice in December and patients (at least in my case) were not informed. Since January I have had issues with them charging old insurance, and sending documents to old addresses, despite making changes and calling them regarding corrections. I was told I need procedures at different cost points each time, that now I am not sure I needed and never came out to the amount they said it would. It has been a frustrating three months and then the office staff hung up on me when I cancelled an appointment and tried to discuss my frustrations. Very disappointed in how this practice is being run now.

Their dental work on my daughter was absolutely horrendous. Mis-diagnosed her teeth and instead of pulling them, she tried to "fix" them. Subsequent procedures performed on her were overcharged. Almost double the cost of an average root canal. Now being harassed for another payment that I have already paid. Will never recommend these incompetent dentists to anyone.

Charged my wife 50 dollars to take out my 5 year old sons tooth that was ready ro fall out. Never asked nor said there would be a price. Just did it out of there own free will. Next time if you want to make a sell try actually asking to make one instead of using piss poor customer service and trap someone to give you money. Also if it was done to do the cleaning right. Then this concern should of been told to my wife. Seriously will tell everyone to avoid this place.

My whole family has been going to Doctor Duggans office for the last 20 years. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs a dentist.

After 30 years using Dr. Duggan as mydentist, there could be no better experience in the dental chair! Dr. Duggan is wonderful, smart, intuitive, kind and gentle!

I have been a patient of Dr Duggan for over 10 years the staff is courteous. My hygienist is very thorough and Dr Duggan is very gentle and informative of your dental needs.

I had a very pleasant visit at the office. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. They were very informative about my insurance plan. My hygienist had gentle hands when doing my cleaning. I had to have some additional dental work done by Dr. Dholoo, (I recommend very highly). All in all I had a very good experience at the office and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist office.
