First time patient and I have had a great experience with this place. Not only is it clean and welcoming , Dr. Alison and her assistant are great people to work with. They are friendly and get the job done efficiently ,and I've seen all types and ages of people come through while I've been at my appointments and they are great with kids too . I will be going back for years to come. Thanks you !!!

I just left an appointment after having been shamed by multiple personnel at the office. A doctor who dismissed me, then passed me off to another dentist, and referred me to a different dentist. If the doctor wasn't "really" a specialist in a procedure that would have been helpful to know. I was refused premedication, and deliberately SHAMED by the hygienist who TOLD ME the office was talking about me- clearly behind my back!!!! Interpersonal violence is harmful once but from multiple people in one visit is reprehensible. Crying in the chair from physical discomfort is to be expected at a dental appointment but not from overt shaming by multiple personnel.

I have been a patient for 25+ years. Since cherry tree has taken over the billing it has been a nightmare. Recently received a statement that is bogus. When I receive a statement it is paid in full at once. Recently my last payment was applied to my sister's account as she had a balance. I have never heard about applying a personal payment to another. I will pay this 25.00 under protest and terminate my and my sister's association with them.

Adrian is the best hygienist!!! Always so friendly and calming and such a wonderful part of the team. Also love Dr Kutzler!! Always such a pleasure to visit these 2!

Excellent experience! I've been to a lot of bad dentists. Here, everyone was friendly and professional. Things like the X-rays, cleaning, fillings, etc, were done without any pain! I will be going back for as long as I live in the area.

Pleasant, professional atmosphere, friendly caring staff. Social distancing was being practiced. Staff and patients were all wearing masks. I felt safe.

The care given to myself and our family is excellent. Their willingness to work with our insurance Company on payment for a procedure was amazing. Point Place Dental is a wonderful operation in our community. So, if you give them a chance to work on any members of your family. Not a great start, but an awesome dental assistant! My experience didn't begin well because I had found out about the place on Google, where they were listed as "Advanced Cosmetic and Wellness Family Dentistry" Glen A. Magyera, DDS" but when I followed the directions to get there, it led me to a place where the sign said "Point Place Dental" and the list of dentists on the sign didn't include anyone named Glen A. Magyera. Turns out I was in the right place after all (and I let them know about the issue but they never fixed it). Once I determined I was in the right place, I walked into the entrance where COVID-precautionary signs instructed me to use the hand sanitizer first (but there was no hand sanitizer there) then step over and get my temperature read by the electronic thermometer on the wall which let me know I certainly didn't have a fever because even after trying it three times, it told me my temp was 95.5 degrees. After that, a few other little glitches occurred which weren't in themselves a big deal, but it made me start questioning their attention to detail...and I started to worry what would happen once they actually got me to open wide! During my exam, they used more digital imaging than I had ever experienced in my life, which on one hand seemed nice and thorough but also made me wonder how much all that equipment and extra time spent taking the images inflates their overhead and how much that expense would be passed down to me...I guess I'll see once I get my bill and ascertain how much insurance covers and what's left for me to pay out of pocket. But, I do have to say that the dental assistant who did the work for my lengthy visit was extraordinary. Polite, patient, interesting, thorough, VERY knowledgeable, and who worked really hard to minimize my discomfort by patiently trying out all sorts of things to see what worked best for me. He explained everything every step of the way, even down to how many seconds I'd have to hold any given position before I could relax again. He was truly top notch, and that's what counts. I have another appointment this week to get my tooth fixed by the doctor. I hope it goes wonderfully so I can sing their praises because their staff really does seem pretty great!
