Everything was fine. Professional and friendly. My only issue is how many reminders I get. I got frustrated with them. I only need 1 or 2 please.

I have been going here over two years. They are such a wonderful kind staff. It's a very warm, family oriented place. I appreciate them always taking time to see me and my crazy crew.

I required a filling at Point Dentistry in 2020. It was a terrible experience and resulted in my requiring a crown on that tooth. Since then I have had continued pain that was never investigated despite my mentioning it at subsequent visits. I recently switched dentists and my new dentist discovered the cause right away. The crown placed at Point did not fit and I had developed gum infections and continued decay under the crown. I almost lost the tooth entirely. All the work needed to be redone. I contacted Point Dentistry as my insurance would not pay for a new crown but Point refused to reimburse me for their terrible work. They insisted I needed to come back and allow the same dentist I had a terrible experience with to continue to work on me. I have spoken with several other dentists and they all stated I have a right to see whoever I want and it is standard practice to refund the money if it is proven that the work is faulty. Point Family Dentistry is no longer an honest, family practice. It is run by a corporation and they don't care about whether or not their patients are happy or if their work is even decent, they care about the bottom line. I unfortunately was forced to pay a large sum of money out of pocket to fix my tooth because I refuse to return to Point Family Dentistry. Take my advice and run far, far away from this dentist.

Dr. Brar told me I had 5 cavities. I got a second opinion from another dentist who looked at the same x-rays and said I had 0 cavities.

I am really happy with the current new staff at Point Family Dentistry. It starts with the receptionist. She is great, very welcoming in person and on the phone. I had my teeth cleaned and also had some reparative work done. I am a VERY nervous dental patient, so during the dental work I was kept comfortable with nitrous without feeling bad about it, and it made a big difference. The office is very clean and comfortable. Very happy.

First time patient at this practice and my experience couldn't have been better. Very professional with Covid precautions that put me at ease. Dr. Brar was even able to repair a couple of fillings about 10 minutes after my hygiene appointment was finished, meaning I didn't need to make a return trip. Given that I hate going to the dentist more than almost anything, this was as enjoyable as a dental visit could be, and they made it a pain-free, pleasant experience with kind, welcoming, and top-notch professionals. The replaced fillings are perfect and I had absolutely no pain during their repair. They have my highest possible recommendation.

I struggle a lot with dental anxiety. Here, I have only been met with kindness and generosity. First of all, I was not expecting to sit in a massage chair. This definitely helped in easing my anxiety, but it truly was the understanding and friendliness of who was taking care of my teeth that made the most difference. Dr. Satbir Brar is so kind, and he only strives to do the best work. I am honestly so relieved to have found a dentist that I feel comfortable and confident with. Keep it up!!!

Only thing they fixed since the turn over of employees is the new Dr. He was great. But they just aren't what they used to be when it was the original group. I've always received nitrous before a filling. They now decided that it's going to cost $50 extra. I have one more visit with them and then I'll be looking elsewhere, which is a shame since I've been a customer for 25 years or so.

I hardly ever leave reviews on anything but feel ethically obligated to express my absolute opposition to any human being walking into Point Family Dentistry. I have never liked going to the dentist but my experience with Point Family took this to a whole other level. This place is for sure a scam, they made me come in three times for fillings, put me through a ton of discomfort. A dentist friend of mine was saying they'd probably scammed me re: needing fillings. Additionally, this has left me with horrendous jaw and teeth pain. I went back in to have their work corrected and it only made it worse. I felt like I was being tortured. They are the kind of office that give healthcare providers a bad name.

These folks are pretty dodgy. I was told that I had cracking fillings that had to be filled very soon. My regular dentist said they were fine. These folks tried to tell my 17year old that she needed her wisdom teeth removed and that she could do it 3 days later when they had an oral surgeon in. We took her to an oral surgeon that said her wisdom teeth were fine. I would go somewhere else, which is what we did.
