Dr. Paolo Poidmore is a Sacramento-area native and graduate of Jesuit High School. After completing four years of undergraduate studies, four years of dental training, and 3 years of orthodontic training, Dr. Poidmore returned to his hometown to start his career. He received his bachelor of science degree from the University of San Diego in 2002. Dr. Poidmore then attended the University of Southern California where he received his dental degree in 2006, and finally he received his orthodontic specialty training under world-renowned orthodontist Dr. Anthony Gianelly at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
In his free time, Dr. Poidmore enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, BBQing, working out, going to church, studying theology, cooking, attending sporting events, and eating homemade Italian food!
Dr. Poidmore is up to date on the latest techniques and technologies and is incorporating them in order to provide the most efficient, highest quality treatment possible. Dr. Poidmores favorite aspect of orthodontics is the great variety of challenges presented by each individual patient and the detail and thought processes involved in determining the highest quality and most predictable outcome in each situation.
It keeps me thinking, he says. No two cases are the same. Each patient presents with a new puzzle to solve, but we do everything within our ability to make sure they all leave with a beautiful smile and new self-confidence no matter what road we took to get them there. I love sharing in the excitement of others as their smile is transformed. I have been so blessed to be able to do something that I love.

Great experience. Great staff and honest doctor. Thx. I'm an older patient trying to move my teeth so they don't grind. Had Invisalign, took longer than expected because Dr. Poidmore want it just perfect. I would recommend Dr. Poidmore.

Dr. P and the entire staff are amazing. My family of 5 are patients. We have/had traditional braces, invisalign, and spacers. My son who is sensitive to touch is well taken care of. I absolutely love how friendly and professional the entire staff is! I'm an independent college student who works part time, and they fit my budget and favored the original price quote they gave me for Invisalign. The Folsom Location has absolutely the coolest set up with bright colors painted on walls and awesome music going! The facility itself is very relaxing, clean, and aesthetically pleasing! If you're looking for an orthodontist in the Sacramento/Folsom area look no further! I looked at other places and saw other orthodontics for consultations and am so happy I went with Poidmore! Halfway through my Invisalign treatment. The staff and crew are always super friendly and act like they've missed me! I'm happy with everything from consult to initial scans. Would highly recommend!!

Having Invisalign. I'm an older patient. Needed Invisalign to get a smile makeover with prosthodontics. A friend recommended Dr P. Great recommendation. Dr. P and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Dr. P got me extra trays for Invisalign to perfect something he noticed. Even though it would cost him more time, but it didn't cost me anything extra. He just wanted to do what is right, not what is easiest. Now that's professional and ethical. Thx Dr P.

Wow, I never thought that I would end up getting braces, I've had plenty of consultations at other places that I really don't care to mention. But Dr. Poidmore office in Folsom was the best when it came down to scheduling my initial appointment. I got braces the same day lol that was wild! They made everything seamlessly easy! I refer them to everyone! My teeth look so good I can't wait to see what the finish look will look like! Thank you guys for all that you do! One last thing, the ladies at the front desk all remember your name and who you are, they make you feel like family dang near!

My daughter completed her treatment and got her braces removed today after 1.5 years , about 6 months before we anticipated completion. I had checked out a few places before we came here and I have to say -We are soooo happy to have come here !Dr Poidmore is just awesome and his staff is very professional, helpful and fun!
