They deserve negative stars. A year later still no implant. Rude office staff. Unprofessional and down right obnoxious. The implant they put in failed and they had to take it out. The cut me open sewed me up 5 times.

They not only harassed my daughter and I over a Mask which we both have Medical Excuses why we cant wear them. To attacking my childs Neurologist over the phone. Would never recommend this facility with an Office Manager as a Tyrant!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Doctor was incredibly dismissive. Told me "your jaw dislocating twice a month isn't that bad" even though I have to go to the hospital each time to get it put back in. Often interrupted me while I was explaining what was going on, and was surprised several times after I reiterated something I'd said earlier in the appointment. Staff was rude too. Left there knowing about as much as I did when I walked in and with $225 less in my bank account. Don't waste your time or money at this office like I did.

They were absolutely amazing!! I had horrible pain from two infected teeth and they got me in right away, and were cheaper than anyone else around. Dr, Cho was amazing and made sure I didn't feel any pain and made sure I was calm and okay throughout the whole procedure. I was very very scared because I've never been away before for getting my teeth pulled and the staff was very reassuring and caring as was the doctor. Highly recommend and would go there again in a heart beat!! Thank you so much!! You guys were amazing!!

They were absolutely amazing!! I had horrible pain from two infected teeth and they got me in right away, and were cheaper than anyone else around. Dr, Cho was amazing and made sure I didn't feel any pain and made sure I was calm and okay throughout the whole procedure. I was very very scared because I've never been away before for getting my teeth pulled and the staff was very reassuring and caring as was the doctor. Highly recommend and would go there again in a heart beat!! Thank you so much!! You guys were amazing!!

My girlfriend came here to have her wisdom teeth pulled. We arranged with the doctors to have a anesthesiologist as opposed to "twilighting". So we had to schedule for a Thursday because that's the only day they had a anesthesiologist in office. We get there early the day of the surgery. We were told we would have to pay IN FULL before she had the surgery since we didn't have insurance. So we did in cash. After she goes in the back with her doctor. Believe his name was Dr cho, or choe. He was quite self absorbed with himself and very disrespectful and uncompassionate. Thirty minutes later they bring my girlfriend out, and was told by the nurse that they only got one tooth pulled and couldn't continue the surgery because my girlfriend kept waking up in pain and struck a nurse as a reflex. Turns out they twilighted her despite us, specifically asking for and paying over $900 for a anesthesiologist. Nurse tells me the doctor called out and wasn't there that day. We rescheduled the appointment two weeks later. Get there two weeks later they do the surgery and just absolutely butchered the job. I luckily for them didn't see how poorly they did the job until I had to take her to see my dentist Dr. Jeffrey Cohen the following morning for packing, because of a dry socket. He pointed out to me exactly how poorly the surgery was done and informed me that he has heard horror stories about Dr. Cho. A month later she gets a bill from Pocono oral surgery for $598 for the twilighting and medical supplies. So I naturally called to have it sorted out and their secretary was not only very nasty with me, but also told me and I quote. "The office is not responsible for the costs of any procedure that wasn't completed because of the patient." So let's recap My girlfriend was in horrendous pain for over a month because of this offices total incompetence. They were going to charge her for anesthesia the first time despite knowing damn well the doctor wasn't there that day. And they never disclosed that they were twilighting beforehand. And they had to gall to charge us for their deciet. And the staff is egotistical and rude.

I have read some horrible reviews about this place and have a hard time believing them. I just had 2 wisdom teeth pulled, Dr Cho, and my experience could not have been better. The assistants were great, and attractive too. Dr was perfect. got it done, no pain, one week later, no pain and I'm lovin it.

Had an implant done here last year and absolutely loved Dr. Cho. Excellent work and extremely helpful answering all my questions. Highly recommend.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Alberto and her staff did everything possible to make my experience as comfortable and smooth as possible. I received a call asking how I was doing the very next day, following my surgery. If you need oral surgery, I highly recommend this office. Dr. Alberto is so caring for all her patients, What a wonderful place! :)

Great experience. I had to have two wisdom teeth extracted and I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Alberto and the rest of the staff made the procedure as quick and painless as possible. I even received a phone call from Dr. Alberto to check in on how I was feeling a few days later. I highly recommend them.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Alberto and her staff did everything possible to make my experience as comfortable and smooth as possible. Besides the fact that they squeezed me in on short notice , it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any dentist! What a joke , I can't believe they are still in business .
