Dr. Pavis a native of Iowa and he attended Creighton University School of Dentistry for his training. While road bike racing in Bend, Dr. Pav fell in love with the beauty of central Oregon. After owning a dental practice in Seattle for 10 years, he decided to relocate and make Bend his familys home. Dr. Pav is a lifetime cyclist, novice skier, and avid outdoorsman. In his free time and with his family, he loves to golf, hike, camp, and cook. Dr. Pav is excited to be a part of the Central Oregon community and is eager to meet you as a new patient.
Megan was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Megan and her family are proud to call Bend their home. In their free time, Megan enjoys hiking any of Bends beautiful trails, working out at my local gym, cooking, and taking thier French Bulldog, May, to the dog park. Megans drivingpassion is to building lifetime relationships with her patients, providing a positive dental experience, and educating patients on how to achieve a high level of oral health!
Anna was born and raised in Central Oregon and has been working in the dental community for the past 12 years. Anna takes great pride in exceptional patient care and has a passion for making your dental visit a breeze.
Anna is a proud mom of one daughter and twin boys who always manage to keep her on her toes. In her spare time, she can be found with her husband and kids enjoying beautiful Central Oregon and its many great adventures. Anna cant wait to make your next visit exceptional.
Lindsay, our office manager, started out as a dental assistant but slowly found a passion for patient administrative care and management. Lindsay is a local Bendite and has been in the dental field for over 18 years. Lindsay believes that being welcomed with a smile, warmth and compassion are essential to building a great bond with our dental patients. She is the proud mom of two active teenagers. Lindsay enjoys watching live music, camping, hiking, fishing and exploring hot springs and waterfalls. In her free time, she volunteers as a financial mentor with Habitat for Humanity and is an active board member of AADOM. We are excited to have her as a member of our stellar team.
Savannah was born in Portland, Oregon and relocated to beautiful Central Oregon in the winter of 2020. Savannah is very passionate about her work in the dental field and takes great pride in getting to know her patients and their unique and individual needs. Her main goal is to make your time spent with us at PNW Dental a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
In her spare time, she loves attempting to snowboard, reading and spending time with her family. Savannah recently caught the travel bug and loves the cultural immersion when abroad. She couldnt be more happy eating her way across a new country!
Skully has been a great addition to the team at PNW Dental as an emotional support dog and office mascot. He loves to come to work to get away from the hustle and bustle of teenagers and a very active kitten at home. He is the most mellow Shih Tzu-Poodle around.

Great staff! Always have a great time during appointments despite hating getting dental work done. They do a fantastic job at putting their patients at ease and explaining everything they're doing. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a home base for oral care!

I had my dental cleaning this week, but unfortunately, my Dental insurance won't start until January so Lindsey offered me the care dental plan based on how many cleanings I need next year and the monthly payment plan is reasonable to avoid getting a dental insurance because includes X-ray, exams and 2 cleanings. Megan as usual is a great dentist hygienist. Love this place how efficient they are.

I'm afriad me experience at this clinic was very bad. I signed up for a new patient appointment and waited a few months to get in- very normal. When I finally saw them, after 1.5 hours of X-rays and exam they recommended almost 2000$ for special cleanings and refused to do the standard one I have arrived for. This seemed odd bc I've always had prefect teeth- no cavities etc. I went for a second opinion and sure enough was able to pay for a standard cleaning and was confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my teeth. Couldn't help but feel they just wanted to upsell me. When I spoke with them about my experience they simply said everyone's standards are different. Then had to pay for the appointment and exam even when they didn't do the cleaning. Waste of time and money- also had to then wait several more months for the second opinion because everything is so booked out.

Fantastic work! They listen and care for my every need...including a warm blanket! My mercury fillings were extracted with ease and my new crowns are great. The whole team does a wonderful job!

I definitely recommend PNW dental! We are so happy to of found our new family dentist and were so impressed with everything which is rare. The staff is probably the most friendly staff I've ever encountered and it's a great environment plus very clean. The cleaning also was perfect, very thorough yet gentle at the same time and loved the hygienist.

Everyone at PNW Dental was so friendly and welcoming. My appointment started on time which is rare for any business. Their in-office membership is already going to save me money since I need more dental work and I do not have dental insurance. They even offered up some valuable business advise to help with the new business I just started.

They do not stick to their word. Good luck with buying the Kleer insurance plan. I am currently in the middle of a dispute with them. You will find out the hard way. I thought they were the coolest dental office around until it came down to their services. To follow up on their response. They sold the package as a service then refused to complete the service until the patient paid for other exams and procedures. PNW may feel good about this but it does not mean it is not dishonest. They refused to perform the procedure the insurance plan was sold on. There are much better providers in Central Oregon.
