Jackpot! Dr. Lim, her husband Brooks and their little dogs too have put the "Family" in family dentistry ! You will not find a more welcoming, comfortable, professional practice anywhere! I started my journey with Dr. Lim from day one when she opened in Plymouth. Her knowledge, care and commitment provide ultimate satisfaction and piece of mind . It doesn't get any better than that !

I moved from Florida to Cape Cod and needed to find a new Dentist. After researching, which for me included certain technology I like the Dentist to have, I came across Dr.Lim. She checked all the boxes for me, she uses Invisalign, Cerec Crowns, 3D imaging, digital X-rays, the wand, and more. Then I finally met Dr. Lim, she is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny Lady. She really takes her time and is great at explaining everything in simple terms and makes sure you really understand the what and why of any procedure or process. You can tell she cares about her patients as she shows great dedication and attention to her work. And She still educated herself, she just finish a Bioclear class which so far only 3 Dentist in Massachusetts have knowledge in. Very impressive !!! I love Dr.Lim and I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice! A very satisfied patient Kat.

Been going to here since I was a kid. little nervous going once the new owner came in years back but they are extremely friendly and do a great job. Highly recommended. I will never go any where else

Would not recommend. Dr has been very rude to me and I always feel rushed and not wanted. Got made at me for not responding to a text a work. Does not listen to my concerns seems annoyed. Constantly worried about other patients it seems when with me.

Dr Lim is the best of the best! She not only listened to my concerns, but transformed my smile. She is honest, caring, and a true artist when it comes to teeth. Her staff is professional and kind. Will be continuing to use her as our family dentist for many years to come!

I have tremendous anxiety due to an awful orthodontist when I was a kid- so I am very thoughtful and do my research before going to a dentist and can tell you that Dr. Lim is the absolute BEST dentist I have ever been to. The office staff are friendly and thoughtful (and will also call if they have a cancellation to ask if I'd like to come it earlier) and there is the cutest little sleepy puppy in the waiting room occasionally to greet you! The equipment is state of the art, and Dr. Lim always takes the time to review the procedure in advance and answers all my questions thoughtfully. She has a careful, gentle approach in every procedure - from a basic cleaning to more complex dental work. An all around outstanding practice from start to finish!

Dr.Lim is amazing. She will spend hours paying attention to detail and making sure that her patients are happy. I came to her after seeing a series of awful dentist. She spent hours perfecting a chipped tooth I had and even bought specific supplies to fix said tooth. She really cares about her work and her patients. If you aren't satisfied, she will not stop until you are. I was so lucky to find Dr.Lim. On top of all her hard work she also has all of the latest technologies and is sure to ease any nerves for patients with dentistry fears. She used different types of equipment to numb my mouth to reduce the pain of a novocaine shot. She also has a tv in-front of the dentist chair to keep patients comfortable, as well as noise canceling headphones. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone, especially those that hate the dentist! She loves her work and makes sure every patient walks out satisfied. I have never met a more caring health care professional!

I've been seeing Dr. Lim for years! She's been quick, easy going, and professional! Her staff are amazing and super friendly!! She recently fixed a chipped tooth I had and made it look new! It doesn't feel like you have to pull teeth to visit this dentist!!

As a refered new patient I have had 2 visits to Dr.Lim, the 1st for a checkup and the second for a crown she suggested I should do. As it was getting painful agreed. I was expecting to have a typical " dental procedure" and was very surprised how completely painless it was. I was actually dozing during the procedure which has never happened to me before. Utilizing cutting edge technology Esther ( her name preference ) completed the entire crown procedure in 1 visit! Had to see it action, really impressive. One of the best dental experiences I've ever had and I'm old enough to know, my highest recommendations for Dr. Lim and her office manager Brooks, a great team!

Dr. Esther Lim accepted me as a new patient upon a single day's request. My experience was excellent from scheduling the appointment to completing my visit today. I now plan to have her practice attend to my entire family based my treatment. She has an excellent personality, professional manner, a hunger to remain knowledgeable on advancing dental techniques and technology. She was able to address my issue with skill and care. My mother has been going to Esther for a few years now and recommends her to everyone. My wife had a complicated crown done here about a year ago traveling down from Boston to go to a dentist we can trust. Plymouth Family Smiles Dental is the best dental practice in Massachusetts and we highly recommend them to everyone we know.
