I would give a VERY SOLID 10 out of 5 stars (SIMPLY OUTSTANDING and deserves double the stars) We found Dr. JEFFREY L. WASIELEWSKI after my wife had an incident with a tooth and we are very thankful that we did, we feel strongly he is a brilliant and amazing surgeon and an amazing human being. His skill sets are immense and comprehensive. By absolutely no stretch of the imagination, my wife had a major issue that we came in with, and right from the first consultation Dr. Wasilewski put us at ease with his personality and demeanor, all doctors would be truly fortunate if they possess even a fraction of what Dr. Wasilewski possesses in terms of soft skills and true ability. On a small side note, I had a highly impacted wisdom tooth that really started bothering me and because we had met Dr. Wasilewski through my wife's case I scheduled an appointment for my wisdom tooth extraction even though my tooth was highly impacted Dr. Wasilewski did an exceptional job with it. Additionally, all the people working there are very kind and caring. They have a wonderful team. In closing, in our humble opinion, Dr. Wasilewski is outstanding, and we would very highly recommend him.

We arrived and the receptionist Leah was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She made mistakes and then when we asked her to fix them she was very mean. We got very different answers on what our insurances (two) cover and she treated us very poorly compared to the white people she spoke with. We can't be confident in their services if they behave like this. I would give zero stars if I could

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Michelle Peters and the staff at Ann Arbor Oral & Facial Surgery. My initial consultation visit was handled professionally and every staff member I dealt with was friendly and courteous. Dr. Peters was helpful in addressing my concerns and was very pleasant. The actual procedure of the removal of two teeth (one being a wisdom tooth) was handled in an extremely polite, considerate, and efficient manner. Dr. Peters' team was great, especially Wendy who was tasked with preparing me for the procedure. There were others involved but unfortunately I didn't get their names. I highly recommend Ann Arbor Oral & Facial Surgery and Dr. Peters without reservation.

Dr. Cannavo pulled an infected wisdom tooth for me the very next day after seeing me. He did an excellent job, and everything went very smoothly. 10/10 would let him remove another tooth from my head.

The office staff was friendly and quick to find me an appointment, but I was disappointed with the bedside manner of my surgeon. He inquired about my SNRI by asking "what my happy pill is for" at my initial visit. On the day of my scheduled wisdom teeth extraction, he was almost an hour late to the procedure and did not apologize nor explain why he was late. He proceeded to apply a tourniquet, insert an IV, and push medication without explaining to me what he was doing. I felt unsettled by this and cried due to nervousness. My surgeon proceeded to turn to his student and say, "This is a common reaction in women. I'm not saying that to be sexist, I'm saying that because it's true." I was uncomfortable with the lack of communication and compassion. However, he did call me personally the day after my surgery to see how I was doing which I appreciated. Unfortunately I ended up with a dry socket and am still dealing with pain radiating up my jaw and into my ear two weeks post surgery.

I have nothing but great things to say! From the assistance to the doctors everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They scheduled me and performed my procedure the same day. Their communication was outstanding, they helped me make informed decisions and were happy to walk me through the procedure and the financials before I made any decisions. Such and easy process!!

Super nice staff! (the receptionists on the phone are kind of a hit or miss, I had to call the office a couple times and I had VERY different experiences the times I had to call with the different people on the phone). I was pretty nervous getting my wisdom teeth removed, but Dr. Peters was super nice and chill. She gave me a call the day after the surgery to check in and make sure I was doing okay, which was really going the extra step. The only thing I would have liked would be those syringes to help shoot water into the holes of where my wisdom teeth were to help with cleaning and getting food that is stuck, out (I can't find any of them at Rite Aid for some reason!). Billing was very straightforward too, the staff were very professional in explaining every step of the process.

A little bit of waiting is well worth it for DR. Wasielewski & his team. Fast, efficient, thorough, & a great personality who's always willing to answer any questions you have.

This establishment put me through the worst experience I've ever endured mentally and financially in all of my dental experiences. I have 20k of work done in my mouth so I have a fair share of comparisons to reference. The dentist Dr. Bartlett runs his business like a used car lot- SLIME BALL SHADY. I don't usually take the time to post reviews but I feel guilty if I don't warn others of this ongoing theft. They run the bill up for the insurance company and whatever they don't cover from their embellished claims- you're responsible for ( which is expected in goods and services). But sometimes they run into insurance companies that don't cover all of their glutenous charges and I happen to pay attention to itemized charges. The issue that brought me to them was never even addressed so I left with a large bill and still needing to find a new dentist to actually fix the problem!

I was referred here by my main dentist to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I was a little worried being I've never had any teeth ever extracted in my life. I came in filled out my paperwork and everyone was very accommodating to any questions, or worries I had. The staff was good but what really set the standard for me was Dr. Betts. He was beyond friendly and was very informative putting me right at ease. I left the office(with a driver of course) with all the information I needed for my recovery. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better I awoke the next day to receive a follow up call about any questions, comments or concerns I had from Dr. Betts himself. That to me is going above and beyond. Most places you hear from a receptionist or have to call back if you have any questions, this place reached out to me and that says a lot in my opinion. Will be recommending anyone I know for oral surgery to this establishment!

My dentist referred me to this office for wisdom teeth removal earlier this year. The experience went so well, from the initial informed consent consultation to the actual extraction to recovery. While Dr. Bartling did sometimes seem like he was in a hurry during consultations (my only complaint!), he was still very approachable and I was able to get all my questions answered beforehand. I'm thankful I followed his recommendation for having all four teeth removed with general anaesthetic -- I never have to worry about them again for the rest of my life, and the whole extraction took maybe 45 minutes. I'm an anxious person by nature, and the staff did a really great job of making sure things felt comfortable and safe. Billing was also hassle-free. No issues running insurance and the quote they gave me weeks before the procedure was an accurate reflection of what I paid. Thanks for making what could have been a nightmarish procedure into a total breeze, Dr. Bartling and team!

They got me in on extremely short notice. Everyone there was awesome, and made the entire experience as comfortable as possible.
