Dr. Bruce Fisher feels he has chosen the perfect profession. He not only gets to help patients with their dental care needs, but also gets to spend time with each patient, getting to the person as an individual.
Dr. Fisher enjoys the conversations and exchanges with his patients, conversing on any and all topics, and works to treat patients the way he would want to be treated: with compassion, gentleness, and respect. He has been a practicing dentist since 1985, and now offers dental care to the children of his long-term patients.
In addition, Dr. Fisher attends many continuing education courses, seminars, and conventions, because he knows the education he receives will enable him to serve his patients and meet their dental care needs better.
Together, they have two children who are graduates of the University of Michigan. When hes not working and tending to his patients, Dr. Fisher is very active: running in marathons, bicycling, skiing, water skiing, and hiking. He also loves spending more quiet time with his wife and children.
Dr. Fisher and his wife like to travel, and his favorite place is the University of Michigan Alumni Camp, Camp Michigania, in northern Michigan. Community involvement for Dr. Fisher includes the Make-A-Wish Foundation 300-mile bike ride and supporting the Crohns & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA).
