I am a new patient and genuinely look forward to my next appointment. The practice got me in for a troublesome tooth, took me 10 mins early, diagnosed and treated the issue with an old filling and I was out the door 30 minutes later. It's a lovely practice with caring and professional staff. I've found a great new dental practice for my family!!

Friendly welcome at check in. Clean and comfortable waiting room. Very professional services with detailed explanations and recommendations for keeping healthy teeth. The insurance coverage well checked and explained as well.

I have been going to plymouth dental for over 20 years. A lot has changed at PDA and not for the better. The office and practice now is the polar opposite of what it used to be. I haven't had any dental insurance for years... because of the cost. However, I have spent thousands on my teeth while being a patient there. I recently made an appointment to discuss my options for my mouth. They stated that they didn't take my insurance.. Christine, the receptionist seemed frustrated with me.. so much so that I felt like she did not want to be bothered with contacting my insurance company to see exactly what was and wasn't covered. A few weeks later, I was sent a certified letter stating that I was no longer able to seek treatment from their office... I didn't get a reason... just a letter. When I called to find out why, Christine states that they didn't have to give a reason according to the law... she didn't care about how I felt... she didn't even try to give me some type of closure. This is how they treat a patient who has been there for over 20 years??? I wrote this because I am appalled and I want people to know how I was treated. If they did this to me... how much do you think that they will value you???

It was my first teeth cleaning with Sandy, and it was very positive! Sandy is conscientious and very thorough. I enjoyed meeting Sandy and appreciate her attention to detail.

You should have contacted me to let me know the doctor would not be available for my scheduled appoitment. I could have then made the decision to reschedule or not.

Micah walked out of his filling and said, "That was fun!" Somehow Dr. Ed continues to make dental visits not only painless, but also enjoyable. We love Plymouth Dental!

I did not have to wait long before I was called into the room. Sandy was very professional and explained about the whole mouth ex-rays. Dr. Van Esley came in and finished the exam in a friendly manor.

My son had some bad experiences with dentists when he was young, after having tooth and jaw pain for sometime I managed to get him to agree to go to the dentist. The staff and Dr. Van Esley we're amazing with him! He wants to know everything that is going on and is super inquisitive. They were patient and took the time to give him all the details. I think we found our home for all dental needs!!!

Chris is an excellent hygienist-all the staff here are friendly and efficient. It's wonderful to be greeted with a smile, sit in the lobby that could be your own comfy living room, then escorted where the work gets done. Thanks all!

Margaret did a wonderful job. Thank you very much I definitely appreciate you getting me in when you did I was in a lot of pain and she took care of it didn't have any problems with her pulling a tooth.

Been going to PDA since it was a much smaller, 1-2 dentist office, when I was a child, and have stayed with them. They are conveniently located for me, their hours work, they will work with you on any special needs / timing, and they truly care about your overall dental health. Good people!

As a "coward" the staff at Plymouth Dental make me feel exceedingly comfortable. They take care without being patronizing. I appreciate this.

They got me in last minute for tooth pain and even though they couldn't help me, the Dentist got me an appointment at a specialist the same day. I always have a good experience here and they are really caring with a personal touch.
