Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Other than the scary Halloween costums they had on, being the 31st, it's was very good. Everyone was nice and helpful, and answered my questions completely. Look forward to finishing my procedures.

I had my permanent crown put on today, July 5th. The procedure was great. However, I had to wait a very long time. I arrived at 10:00 and didn't leave until Noon. I'm sure something unforeseen must have happened, because I've always been seen promptly.

After being told on the phone they accept Medicaid, drove 45 minutes from austin only to arrive for them not having verified the information to wait on them to call Medicaid and then turn us away because they said there were no dental benefits. In the future, they should verify these details prior to people's appointments so they don't have to drive out for a while and then be turned away. Basically two hours driving, there and back for nothing.

A female dentist has never been able to extract a tooth on me with out it breaking but,the young lady who extracted my tooth did it in just a few minutes I was impressed. The staff even called to check on me the next day thank you for caring. I highly recommend Plum Creek to anyone to use as their Dentests .

The dental staff at Plum Creek Dental Group in Lockhart, Texas is second to none. I have been a client of theirs for over an year and have always received the utmost professional and courteous treatment from the entire staff. From Missy the scheduler and coordinator at the front desk to Jennifer who has helped me navigate through the Insurance challenges I faced with much knowledge and efficiency. Crystal who has crafted a colgate smile look for me...literally made me feel like a star. AndDr.Mathew is truly in a class of her own. I am so grateful to the whole staff throughout my on going treatment. A five star rating falls short of the true worth!!! I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking quality dental work!!! I like to give a special acknowledgement to Liz...who did a masterful job on the Zoom whitening procedure. I'm overly pleased!
